Had the best service of any dealership I have ever been...

Had the best service of any dealership I have ever been to. Would recommend then to any one looking for a vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. I had my 8 month old with me and they made sure I was in and out very fast.

I came in for oil change/service for my 2009 CR-V and walked out with 2012 Honda CRV I love it.. I won't trade it for anyhting. Great in gaz, affordable. Sam Abunabaa, thank you is not enough and doesn't fit you enough. Great knowledge, hard worker and very passionate. I really appreciate.

I bought my 1st Honda 5 yrs ago from Courtesy, and have had all my service done at this location - always excellent and professional. My Element was just totaled out in an accident, so I needed a replacement vehicle. Shopping for a vehicle was not in my plans or budget. This wasn't an exciting event for me. I shopped online and came to Courtesy to test drive a pre-owned CR-V. Sam Baradhi was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He was not pushy and went out of his way to help me purchase the right vehicle. He and Kevin were sensitive to my hesitations about a major purchase and helped me meet my price and find the best interest rate for my financing. Eddie Santiago was great in the financing of my CR-V, taking a great deal of time to answer my questions and explain forms and warranty options to me. I have never been disappointed with my level of customer care at Courtesy. These gentlemen turned a stressful situation into a positive and satisfying one.

I am a buy it new, drive it until it dies car owner. After much research, I was ready to purchase a brand new Honda Civic, our first new car in 11 years. Sheik quickly walked out to greet my husband and I. I was surprized at his quick, intelligent professionalism - he made no assumptions looking at our 11 year old Nissan we drove up in! Long story short, Sheik provided excellent attention, answering and discussing with us our options. Along with Sam who was wonderful at the finance table, we were tagged and out of the dealership in under three hours! BTW, I love my new Honda Civic! Thank You Sheik and Sam!

I have to say this car buying experience has been the most pleasant and relaxing of all the car buying we have done in all my years. Very friendly and caring staff. I got a Pilot with the features my wife and I wanted at the price point we wanted. Mark, Sam, and Mike did an excellent job making us feel like home. This was a stress free purchase and a very fast one. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

Sam was so easy to work with and made our car-buying experience something we really enjoyed. With a growing family, we were in the market for something bigger than our Toyota Tacoma. Sam found us a Pilot that was perfect for us at a price that just couldn't compare to any other dealer! Sam was incredibly knowledgeable about the Pilot and the trim package it came with. You could really tell that Sam's friendliness was genuine and that he loves his job. We recommend Courtesy to everyone!
