Usually hate the whole car buying experience,but sam and everyone else we spoke with made it a whole lot better than what we had experienced in the past.From the time we we're greeted at the door everyone was friendly and doing whatever it took to earn our business without any pressure or bs,if you know what i mean.Sam was the best,eddie did a fine job,too!!Thanks to everyone at courtesy honda.p.s.we came in just to look,you made us such a fair deal we left with a car!!

Sam Baradhi provided an excellent buying experience, without hassle or pressure on the sales floor. The process was quick, painless and actually enjoyable. You can shop around as much as you want, but know that Courtesy Honda is very competitive with their pricing. Eddie Santiago was the icing on the cake, making the financing and closing quick and easy. I would and will recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car in the central Florida area.

Rick and Eddie were friendly and courteous and the Dealer had coffe and popcorn available. Very clean and neat building as well. I was happy with the deal and it took less time then any car buying experince I have had.

I was in the market for a car more economic on fuel....

I was in the market for a car more economic on fuel. After visiting several dealerships, I decided to try Courtesy Honda. Having owned Hondas in the past I am aware of their value and fuel consumption history. I was able to walk the entire lot and view the inventory at my leisure without interruption. Once I was ready to discuss with a salesperson, Mike Poole introduced me to Brian Alburtus. Brian was informative but not intrusive. I selected a car, was introduced to Mike Suleiman and within minutes agreed upon a price. Sammy was quick to complete the transaction and was not persistent when I declined the additional warranties, etc. While I was dismayed because the auto had a recall issue and could not be delivered that evening, Mike S and Brian made every attempt to rectify and make the situation more plausible. I am impressed with the level of professionalism extended and recommend giving them an opportunity. Mike, get your PhD!

Must of had a lot of caffeine. All 3 worked lightning fast. I observed that all of the staff were friendly and courteous even holding the door open for all the customers. Very clean and neat building as well.

My fiance' and I were in the market for a new car....

My fiance' and I were in the market for a new car. Courtesy Honda and Brian gave us a great, first time, new car buying experience here on earth! Brian made it fun and enjoyable. He answered any question we had but also gave us the room we needed to really explore what our vehicle had to offer. Now, we happily pilot or Japanese-Spacecraft (looking) Fit to any destination we desire, fuel efficiently :) Beats the cost of my ZurgsMobile!
