My wife and I were in the market for a new family car. We ended up at Courtesy Honda where we were helped by Brian Alburtus. He knew exactly what we were looking for and provided several options for us. Our decision was simplified due to his great knowledge of the industry and its products. I will never buy a car from another salesman after dealing with Brian. His professionalism coupled with his easy going, no hassle approach put us at ease from the moment we walked onto the lot. Having traveled to multiple dealerships while searching for a pre-owned car, I was very impressed by Courtesy Honda. In particular Brian Alburtus, who stood out as the most personable and knowledgable sales person at any dealership I had been to. Brian's helpfulness rounded out the perfect sale for me. That is why I will look to Courtesy Honda when I'm in the market for my next vehicle.

I have always had great service at Coutesy Honda,and always enjoyed working with Mark. Today he was just as good and courteous and helpful as always. He helped me in my trade for a 2010 Honda Accord. Sammy was great helping and was very good at explaining all the finances. Kevin was polite and helped out also. Mark was right there to greet me when I walked in,and all of them thanked me over and over and wished me good luck in everything. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car in the future,and I will definately be back there again.

This is the 3rd dealership I've ever dealt with for purchasing and the 4th for service and it's by far the best in both areas. Andre was the absolute best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was patient and thorough in explaining everything and never once pressured me for any reason, even though I came in twice (I'm a very cautious decision maker). He's also super sweet and seems to be a very nice, laid back guy. Eddie was amazing with the financing end of things. He understood my financial situation and took the time to work out a financing plan that I could afford. Throughout the process, everyone was helpful and friendly and I highly recommend them. Incidentally, I have used this dealership's service department for years on my old Honda and found them to be consistently fair and straightforward with me (which is why I was willing to travel all the way to Sanford to buy from them as well) Highly, HIGHLY recommend Courtesy for new car purchases AND service!!

The dealers listened to my concerns and responded to my needs. Although I occasionally felt like I was getting different answers from different employees, eventually I felt like I received the information I needed to complete my transaction. An example of this was when one employee told me the drive train warranty was $1500 and bumper to bumper would be $400 more .... then later I was told the bumper to bumper warranty was $1500. That was odd.

Brian was very helpful and not pushy like other salesmen can be. He is very knowledgable and had answers to all my questions. I would return to buy another car from him

Tim is a GREAT Salesman, I told him what I could affort and he kept me at a price that I was comfortable with! I will go back to Courtesy Honda amd deal with Tim again!!

I have to say both Mr. Naba and Mr. Baradhi were very kind to my wife and I and were willing to work with us in our situation. Mr. Baradhi was pleasant over the phone and at the dealership, he was not pushy and stayed late until we found a vehicle that my wife liked. Mr Naba also was very pleasant and did a lot of leg work in getting us the best financing for our situation. I went to Courtesy hoping I could get a nice used car but due to credit issues I did not think it was possible. However, Mark Dowell was great working out the financing for me. Skip Sage helped me find the car that I really wanted. Neither of them was pushy nor did they try to persuade me on more than I could afford or a higher payment. Wes Williams was very personable and made the money part of the deal very seamless. I absolutely LOVE my new car and would highly recommend this dealership and the gentleman I worked with. Will definitely be back in a few years when it is time to trade this one in.
