ALWAYS an excellent experience in the service department. Travis keeps me informed on what is needed on my vehicle and completes my service fast. I never mind waiting because I know they take there time and do it right. Waiting area is clean and comfortable and I like to enjoy a movie while waiting as it makes the time go by. Thanks Travis

I bought a HRV

I had been to several dealerships over the pass few months, and this was one of the best experiences. I didn?t feel overly pressured, and Martin was very welcoming.

10 star experience!

At 65 years old I can honestly say that this has been the absolute best car buying experience in my life! From walking in the door and being greeted by Lisa to then being handed over to Martin in sales we had such an exemplary experience. No pressure, easy financing and then a visit from Michelle the customer service manager! Everybody was so incredibly friendly and kind this is where we will plan on buying the rest of our vehicles! In fact we're looking for a second car and we'll be back in the fall

We can not say enough good things about our experience.

We can not say enough good things about our experience. Super easy and relaxed environment. I love how they do not have little cubicles they sit you in. It is all open area with comfy chairs. The salesman Justin Simms was very polite and non pushy. We will buy a car here again.

Black Honda Accord 2012

Went in to have my oil changed and to have an overall checkup on my car. Was treated with respect and kindness despite not having a reservation. 4 stars for the facilities because they took away the popcorn machine.

Honda checkup

Outstanding customer service! My service agent kept me informed throughout my visit and supplied me with photos of my air filter and brake fluid as testimony to their condition. The car wash they provided (free of charge) also saved me a separate trip to get that done!

My AutoNation Honda Sanford

AutoNation Honda Sanford is an excellent dealership with a team of caring and experienced people to assist you for whatever vehicle needs you may have. Being a longtime customer I have never been disappointed or had any problems there. My service advisor, Ed, always takes good care of me and answers any questions I may have. Even though short staffed the mechanic is thorough in his work and finishes in a timely manner.
