Class A Operation

Great place to buy a car, especially for a car enthusiast. Shaun at GR Auto Gallery Detroit was very responsive to emails and even met me on Saturday when they were closed so I could pick up the car. Would recommend!

Not what they said it was

First thing when it arrived the door handle was broken. The dealer said they would get it replaced. No word after that. And then I took my “freshly rebuilt bronco” to the shop for a tune up of the carb. I have to have the engine and transmission completely rebuilt. The shop estimates over 100k miles on the engine and trans. Carberator was shot, timing chain has slack. I would not recommend to anyone.

GR Auto Gallery Helped Make Things Better

Had a few problems with my vehicle when it arrived. It needed a bunch of work to bring it up to par . Mr Hoexum, one of the owners said he will help a bit try to make things right. I'm grateful he will help out. Remember the cars are on consignment and not theirs. The descriptions are by the original owners. I recommend finding a service to go over the car for you as GR Auto Gallery is just a middle man service for selling these autos. Again I'm thankful that they are at least trying to make things right!!

Dealing with knowledgeable people

Awesome inventory and knowledgeable salespeople. Chris Hoexum knows his cars. I wouldn't hesitate to have more transactions with these guys. They have a bunch more cool FORDS

Very Happy

My experience with GR Auto Gallery was great. The car I bought was as advertised and the interactions were very pleasant. I even had some questions after the purchase and they didn't hesitate to help. And they were quick to answer. Anyways, A+ in my book.

Fantastic Experience

Over the years I have bought many automobiles and mostly hated every minute of the process. I had been looking for a specific car for a number of years and when I found the perfect car, I fully expected the same old song and dance with the sales staff. I contacted GR Auto Gallery about the car and was introduced to Joe Shaw, the general manager. Joe was not what I had expected in a sales person. He was very knowledgeable about this specific car and shared a ton of information about it. Joe was quick to research and answer all my questions over a period of several days. He never wavered from finding the information I wanted or taking additional pictures or even pointing out flaws in the vehicle. Joe handled every aspect of the purchase quickly and arranged for the car to be shipped to me. He made a video of the car being loaded for transport. When the car arrived, it was everything Joe had told me and more. Joe was with me every step of the way and made me feel like a friend. He showed honesty and integrity throughout the process.

48' Willys Cj2a Purchase

In a nutshell. Bought Jeep from them. Wasn't quite as described. They gave me some money back. Im putting in the rest of the money trying make it right at this point. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Worst vehicle purchase ever....

Recently purchased a 1986 Ford F150 through GR Auto... shipped truck from MI to WY.... took possession of it and drove it 500 yards before it broke down... almost $4,000 in repairs later, looks like there may be more issues... I only paid $14,500 for the truck... I'm speechless !!! Worst ever vehicle purchase of my life....
