Worst vehicle purchase ever....
Recently purchased a 1986 Ford F150 through GR Auto... shipped truck from MI to WY.... took possession of it and drove it 500 yards before it broke down... almost $4,000 in repairs later, looks like there may be more issues... I only paid $14,500 for the truck... I'm speechless !!! Worst ever vehicle purchase of my life....

Fantastic Experience
Over the years I have bought many automobiles and mostly hated every minute of the process. I had been looking for a specific car for a number of years and when I found the perfect car, I fully expected the same old song and dance with the sales staff. I contacted GR Auto Gallery about the car and was introduced to Joe Shaw, the general manager. Joe was not what I had expected in a sales person. He was very knowledgeable about this specific car and shared a ton of information about it. Joe was quick to research and answer all my questions over a period of several days. He never wavered from finding the information I wanted or taking additional pictures or even pointing out flaws in the vehicle. Joe handled every aspect of the purchase quickly and arranged for the car to be shipped to me. He made a video of the car being loaded for transport. When the car arrived, it was everything Joe had told me and more. Joe was with me every step of the way and made me feel like a friend. He showed honesty and integrity throughout the process.

Worst ever car buying experience!
Recently purchased a 1986 Ford F150 and had it shipped to WY. When I picked up the truck and drove it, it only made it 500 yards before it broke down! Almost $4,000 of repairs later i have it back and it looks like there's now a transmission issue... I've never been more dissappointed in my life with a purchase of a vehicle. I was offered $500 by GR to help defray costs, I think they need the $500 more than I do! By the way, truck cost $14,500! Im now into it for over 20k and counting....

Arrived at GR Auto Gallery for an appointment with Ralph Suk. Having the appointment helped Ralph find the two cars that we were interested in ahead of time. With the help of Ralph we checked out the two vehicles that were of interest. After close inspection, we found that neither were quite what we had in mind. Ralph had recommended that we study the photos before our visit. Good advice.There was no high pressure. When we finished with the two cars, Ralph suggested that we check a 2007 Audi convertible. Having had other Audis, we were glad to check it out. If we had a question and Ralph didn't know the answer, he was willing to make some calls and find the answers. After a great visit at GR Auto Gallery, we came home with a bright red Audi convertible. We look forward to going back and checking out the rest of the inventory. What a candy store for car nuts.
