Everyone at G.

Everyone at G.R.AutoGallery has been wonderful to work with and answered every question that I have asked! Very knowledgeable in selling a couple of my classic cars . What I liked best is the ability to just come and look at all the classic cars and trucks they have for sale! Other places that sell want you to sit up an appointment like you are scheduling a doctors appointment but these people are easy going and no pressure on you to purchase anything! I like the way they make you feel like family! Great place to do Business and they have a buy back guarantee! What other Business that sells Classics offers this kind of guarantee??

Them: “Having been in business for over 10 years, we have worked with thousands of clients and have built incredible relationships as a result. We pride ourselves on providing the best experience for all parties. Our goal is to have our clients leave feeling respected and that they were treated fairly. However, don't take our word for it. Read the reviews that our past clients have left and see for yourself”. Me: “xx!!!” I brought my 100% CUSTOM Harley Davidson there in the FALL of 2023. This is a SHOW QUALITY BIKE. It took 8 WEEKS JUST to get it LISTED. I sent email after email, call after call with ZERO action. I made sure to give PLENTY of time (weeks) between communication to allow John Burns to DO HIS JOB, with ZERO follow through, though he personally assured me repeatedly that he would take care of it himself. LIE AFTER LUE AFTER LIE FROM EVERYONE IN THE ORGANIZATION. (Owners too btw) Throughout it all, I have been polite, professional and respectful, though it was DEFINITELY not deserved. When it was FINALLY listed, the description was 100% GENERIC stating the model and color. I had provided a well written description of the motorcycle with ALL of the modifications and upgrades, but NONE of it was used. NONE of my requests were listened to. The “professional” photos were JUNK and taken with other inventory behind the motorcycle. You can’t pull down a garage door and put an American Flag or a WHITE tarp or covering on it to give a CLEAN background? REALLY? I am a 100% Disabled Veteran who is unable to ride, do the maintenance or detailing necessary and they KNEW that from Day 1, assuring me that it would be done and was in good hands. The contract requires sellers to PAY for the “professional” photography and detailing which was NEVER DONE. It was FILTHY when we picked it up. I emailed all 3 owners with full details and documentation of my interaction with John Burns and again was polite, respectful and professional asking for assistance because I was unhappy. I simply asked for John to get some assistance because I felt he was likely overwhelmed & if I was PAYING them a HEFTY COMMISSION AND MONTHLY FEE, I should actually GET what I’m paying for. CRAZY, RIIIIIGHT? After TWO WEEKS & ZERO communication AGAIN from ANY of the OWNERS, I called to speak with Jeff, one OWNER. He was IMMEDIATELY defensive and told me they didn’t sell motorcycles, wait, WHAT? So, why do you have 5 in INVENTORY, NOT to include mine? I asked for the “professional” detailer to go detail my motorcycle and asked for him to clean the chrome rims for me because they have oxidation on them and because I was physically unable to do so. He LITERALLY told me that his “professional” detailer didn’t know how to clean motorcycle wheels and if I wanted to have it detailed, I’d have to HIRE someone to do it. I told him that would BE FINE. His response was, “I’ll have him spray a little Windex on them and wipe them off”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Needless to say, NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. We picked it up from them in JUNE and there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONE TO PROTECT, CLEAN OR SELL this motorcycle. There was ZERO communication from ANYONE IN THE COMPANY DURING THE ENTIRE NIGHTMARE. During the pick up, they brought out 3-4 of the items that were included with the bike (all of the stock parts, wheels, tires, fenders and seats) and that was it. John told me he had pictures of all of the parts and totes but was mystified when I asked where the REST of my parts were. He said it was all stored together, he had NO CLUE where they were or what they were. MORE LIES. The remaining parts FILLED our SUV. My wife called to arrange the pick up and spoke to Nicole, a receptionist, who then directed her to John Burns. My wife explained we were going to pick it up, he said “we don’t sell motorcycles”, “oh, maybe I called the wrong place” and hung up. CHECKED and called back got Nicole again, who sent her back to John who denied speaking to her 30 seconds ago.

Dealer response

Marc We advertised your bike on all sites that will take motorcycles that we have partnerships with us. I can assure you that we enjoy selling our product as that is our business. Your bike was professionally photographed and presented with the info we were provided. I am sorry we were not able to acheive your price on the bike and we also waived all of your storage fees ($95/month) after the intial 120 day contract expired. We are thankful for your service to our country and apologize for not being able to meet your needs. Enjoy your summer.

The advertising for a vehicle currently for sale is

The advertising for a vehicle currently for sale is completely incorrect. Even after I proved to the owner of the business of the errors and potential fraud, nothing has been corrected. The asking price and description are both being used to greatly increase the listed price of this car. This car was never sold as the model year advertised (1996). To someone who is not educated on the model years this car was/is produced will pay a high price and in the end get a very basic car worth far less.

Dealer response

ALL of our vehicles are cleary advertised with a sale price. If you would like to make us an offer we are happy to discuss but it is not our sales process to discount the car from what we feel is a very fair offer.

Horrible company, horrible people, horrible customer

Horrible company, horrible people, horrible customer service. These folks have cost us thousands of dollars in lies for over three months, they will go out of business soon for their lack of character, shame on you all. Not one of the owners have ever returned a phone call or apologize for the horrible business practices and taking advantage of peoples money and time.DO Not Do Business with these people!!!!
