The cars aren't checked before sale folks.

Insanely overpriced vehicles (even when comparing to the typical high market trends happening right now), especially considering the fact that GR Auto Gallery does not have a mechanic on staff to check the cars, nor do they take them for test drives. I called asking about info on the state of a vehicle and I did receive some information (Laura said she ran a magnet across the bottom of the vehicle for rust), but beyond that many of the responses I got were the equivalent to a verbal shrug i.e. they truly don't know if the vehicle will fall apart immediately or not. It looks like some people had a good experience here, but the bad reviews on this place are BAD. Not worth risking thousands of dollars here in my opinion. Just a reminder that these cars are not checked in-depth or tested before sale.

I gave it one star because I couldn't post with no stars.

I gave it one star because I couldn't post with no stars. I have worked with the dealer on two occasions but never again. On the first vehicle, a pre-purchase inspection revealed that it had been in a significant accident. On the second, the inspection revealed that it was actually two vehicle bodies welded together. These are issues that a reputable dealer would have noticed during their inspection prior to offering a vehicle for sale. If they had been upfront about these issues, I wouldn't have wasted my time or hundreds of dollars on pre-purchase inspections.

I had a really good experience with Chris.

I had a really good experience with Chris. Frankly, the car exceeded my expectations, and was beautifully maintained by previous owner. Chris was very helpful in completing the paperwork.

The vehicle offered for sale appeared to have several

The vehicle offered for sale appeared to have several problems that were evident in the photos in the listing. Considering the condition and year I believe the vehicle was grossly over priced. I informed the dealer, all tings considered that i was no longer in the vehicle..

Keep their promised and deliver what I paid for.

Keep their promised and deliver what I paid for. They havn't done that. Picked up the car in april 2020, but the Hartop is still missing, but they have it in the store and demands me to come and pick it up. Should have been shipped together with the car to Sweden. No service, no admittance of lousy work and blaim all the problems on me and my agent. The company sucks. Not to be thrusted!

Disapoiment

Just horrible they are not honest people I just recinty purchased a 2012 toyota sequoia amd had it delivered they took lots of pic.. of all the right things but left out the bad.. Cracked windshield Remote to unlock doors does not work Bald tires on the inside all 4 Back window wipers don't work Back window had a 2x4 holding it up motor is shot 4L stays blinking 4x4 I had to pay the sales tax witch was 1,200+ in INDIANA bought the sequoia for almost 17k what a Rip off these are NOT HONEST PEOPLE they are out to get you for your money BE CARFUL
