Not impressed at all.

Not impressed at all. The problem wasn’t the purchase it was afterwards. The salesman never returned my text or calls. The sales managers said that they would do something and they didn’t. This just proves this dealership is like everywhere else. Lastly, driving the car home from the dealership was a nightmare ever code and sensor went off. So it must have had issues but they erased the codes before selling. I would give it no stars for customer service!

The purchase of my vehicle was a breeze.

The purchase of my vehicle was a breeze. I've taken my SuperDuty in twice for oil changes. The 2nd time I took it in, I added the DEF and had them remove a screw on the tire. The screw was easily removed at no charge and they also applied a discount code for the DEF with out me knowing prior. How many dealerships would of done that? I have been very pleased with AutoNation Ford Tustin and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Had a couple of recalls for the Expedition.

Had a couple of recalls for the Expedition. The service advisor Daniel was professional, courteous, and helpful. Resolved the issue in one day. Lastly, Tustin Ford providing Lyft transportation was extremely helpful.

The service staff was courteous and helpful.

The service staff was courteous and helpful. There was an issue sorting out the warranty on my certified used car and the service manager made sure that my vehicle received the necessary repairs.

Wanted to add to my first comments...my car was ready early Friday morning. Jocelyn, who has been wonderful and so helpful, handled the paperwork and got me checked out. Escape and I are reunited in time for my Spring Break trip first week in April. Danny, David and Jocelyn are great representatives for the dealership and deserve my gratitude. Each one concerned about my needs, friendly and efficient I will be back!

Tustin's Autonation is atrocious.

Tustin's Autonation is atrocious. I took my car in for a service and an oil change. My car was in perfect condition, and they performed a thorough inspection and checked everything. The following day, I start my car and notice that the engine light has come on. I returned it and they confirmed something happened when servicing my car. Christian, the adviser with whom I was working, filed a claim to have my car repaired, but Ford corporate denied it, claiming the dealership is responsible. I've been attempting to contact the manager. I've called multiple times and written emails, but no one has returned my call. I'm very unhappy since my car was in excellent condition until I took it to the dealer two weeks ago.
