MR. A RESIDENT OF BRADENTON FLORIDA

This is my 3rd purchase of a Cadillac at this dealership. This purchase was also a pleasant experience,due in large part to my salesperson, MATT RODE. Matt understood from the beginning what I wanted. There was no pressure and he eventually led me to my selection. This is my 2d purchase with Matt. Matt is professional, always very cordial and pleasant and I've come to respect his advice and attention to my needs. He is always available should I have questions or concerns, long after the purchase has been made. The buying process was made stress free due to the professional and efficient services of Andrey Farberov. He was willing to address all of my questions and concerns and I am grateful to him. My years now with the dealership prompts me to commend the Maintenance Dept. I have always been given excellent attention by those in the department and in particular by my Service Rep, Kristie Pentecost. She is always service oriented and most willing to help in any manner she is able to. I am happy and proud with my association with Sunset Cadillac.

oil and lube service

Came in for oil an lube service but also wanted to see what trade-in value my 2011 CTS coupe had. Jennifer was great for getting the service done and providing me with a loaner vehicle. I also spoke with Roy Coleman and Mike Minter re the trade-in but decided to keep my car for a bit longer since it has such low mileage (only 22K miles). As always, this dealership provides great service. A bit disappointed that they didn't wash the car when I picked it up...... that was always appreciated.

Satisfied Customer

Both my husband and I were more than pleased with the overall experience when we purchased our new Cadillac ATS. Our sales agent Julie Finley answered our questions in detail, no matter how many times we asked the same one concerning features, finances, leasing terms, all were reviewed to our satisfaction. Outstanding from start to finish!

Friendly greeting, great knowledge of product, clean neat showroom. Worth the drive (2 hours) from home to dealership. Looked online first and decided to make the drive. Bought our 2017 XT5 with no hassle after a test drive. Mike, our salesman, knew his product and helped me program phone, onstar, etc as I am not very Computer savy! Everyone from reception to Mike our salesman to J J the general manager - great experience. I'm giving it a 5 star rating! Even though I live 2 hours away - the service dept and service options were explained in detail!
