Title

On another Cadillac website I was disappointed. So, I found Sunset's. I knew I had to act very promptly, since the 2004 XTS had everything my wife considers necessary, it had only 12,700 miles and it was offered by Sunset Cadillac for one day (ONE DAY!). I wanted this car. Mike showed it to me and I test drove it. I wanted this car. We negotiated on the price they would give for my wife's 4 year old car with 27,000 miles. This was the sticking point. Their offer (and re-offer) was less than I wanted (but fair). The "on-line price" was fixed. No negotiating. They would not budge. I wanted this car, so I bought it. If I had played (stupid) hard ball and walked out, someone else would own it the next day. The salesman, Mike M. is honorable and courteous and very professional. Ask for him.

Cross Country Purchase - 2011 Cadillac CTS-V

Jason Emmett and the Tropical Cadillac staff were amazing. We researched a car and found exactly what we wanted on line. The Tropical Cadillac team helped with the difficult logistics. We were moving from Juneau, Alaska to San Francisco when we called Jason and pulled the trigger to buy the car. Jason and Andrey coordinated the paperwork to be delivered overnight to one of our hotel stops along the drive. We completed the paperwork and dropped it off at the local UPS store with a prepaid envelope. They coordinated a bonded shipper to transport the car from Florida to California. Great Service Team

As usual, Chad in services was great, and the workmanship was too. Had my car serviced and a warranty item replaced. I was given a loaner until the next day when the part arrived. Courteous and professional.
