I am new to Bradenton, FL. On my drive down from NC, a Canadian man hit my right front fender on the highway. He paid for it out of pocket. I knew that I wanted to establish good service with a Caddy Dealer since I'm living in the area. I have a mint condition low mileage 2011 Cadillac SRX Premium. My experience with Tropical Collision Center (Sunset Cadillacs Body Shop) from the time Stan Davis wrote the estimate until Theresa scheduled the repair on Feb. 1, 2016 was excellent. I brought it in on Feb. 1 and it was ready by Friday PM on Feb. 5. They could not have done a better job installing and aligning the fender. The paint match is "excellent." I had a 2016 Cadillac SRX loaner car for a week at N/C.

Overall Matt, Andre and Al were all very helpful and pleasant. They did whatever weasked them to do and more.We will see when we get the car if everything is o.k. We were very happy dealing with all these gentlemen. Thank you. Philip Cerrone jr.

My first experience with Tropical Cadillac was 2 1/2 years ago when my Father-in-law passed away only 2 months after purchasing a new Escalade from a local dealer. His car only had 3000 miles on it then. I attempted to sell it back to the local dealer from which he purchased it from but their offer was insulting. I contacted J.J. at tropical after being referred to him by Sunset Chevrolet whom I've been dealing with for many years. J.J. was very understanding of the situation and offered me almost $10000 more than the dealer from which the car was originally purchased. I purchased a new SRX for my mother-in-law at the same time for thousands less than than the local dealer's price on a much lesser equipped SRX. I've since purchased 3 new Escalades for my wife from Tropical Cadillac even though they are 50 miles further than the local dealer. The distance doesn't matter to me since I've never even been to Tropical Cadillac myself. I simply call J.J. on the phone, make the deal, he has the car and the paperwork delivered to my house, and the driver takes my old car with him. Now that's why Tropical Cadillac has loyal customers. I had a good experience leasing a 2015 CTX. My salesperson Julie Finley was very attentive, informative and friendly. I would recommend her to my friends. The only negative is that I felt the process of trading in one car to purchase another took far too long. I came to purchase the vehicle and ended up leasing the new one. I love my new car, however shame on me for not realizing that I leased a car that does not have a CD player in it. I enjoy listening to audio books while driving.
