Zero sales pressure - - Much appreciated!!

I found a two year old Buick on-line at a very reasonable price. After exchanging a couple e-mails with Julie Finley, I visited the dealership to get a first-hand look. The car was in almost new condition and after a short test drive, they let the car "sell itself". Andrey (finance dept.) was extremely helpful and courteous, and they found a low interest loan provider in a very short time. Their entire sales staff is top notch! I would highly recommend this dealership to any prospective buyer, new or used.

Great dealership and equally great sales team

This is the second SRX that we have bought from this dealership and both times the same salesperson took care of us. The only difference was that the first time we lived about 10 miles from the dealership and the second time, following our move to a new home, we lived about 120 miles away. The distance was not an obstacle. With one phone call, Matt R. was on a mission to take care of us. He quickly found the vehicle we wanted, developed the deal including the trade-in of our old SRX, arranged to have the new car brought to the dealership and prepared for delivery, coordinated efforts with our financing institution, delivered the new car to our home and returned to the dealership with our trade-in. All of this was accomplished within 5 days. Amazing. Distance was never an issue in this transaction. Obviously the sign of a top-notch dealership with a top-notch sales team. Thanks, Matt and Tropical. We are VERY happy with out new SRX.

Great buying experience from Tropical.

My salesman was Chris Crews. He did an absolutely outstanding job answering all questions about the purchase and nuances of the 2915 SRX that I I bought from Tropical. Clearly, a very knowledgeable and professional salesman.

Tropical Cadillac a great buying experience

Randy made the buying of our SRX enjoyable,pleasing & above all non pressurised. He was highly professional, he new his stock inside out, supported us in making the right decision and trusted us to test drive & enjoy the car of our choice over a 24 hour period. It is a decision we have never looked back on,not only that his after sales support was second to non. Well done Randy & The Tropical Cadillac Team. I can speak from experience that not all manufacturer's dealerships give you such a service.

We found our sales person Matt to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, caring and a very good listener. He was able to get the job done in a short period of time in order for us to bring our new escalate home to Vermont. He was friendly and very professional at the same time. We enjoyed the staff at your dealership. All that we dealt with were helpful and caring to us. We ended up with a wonderful product that we will enjoy. Thank you all.
