2 New Car Purchase in 2014

Roy Coleman was the Salesperson that we used to Purchase a 2014 CTS Cadillac and a 2014 Corvette. Roy was very knowledgeable of the vehicles, Friendly, and very Professional at handling all aspect of the purchases of both vehicles. I moved back Florida 2013 and was looking for a dealership to handle my 2013 CTS Cadillac maintenance and chose Tropical Cadillac. I would highly recommend Tropical Cadillac for all your automotive needs from future purchases and maintenance required on your vehicle. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

Bought new SRX from our home.

Over the phone Al offered me a good deal and then brought the SRX to our home 1 1/2 hr drive from the dealership. We decided on the trade and then Julie Finley drove here the next day to do the paperwork and go over any new technology of the car. We never have been to the dealership and everything was accomplished at our home which was extremely convenient. Julie was very personable and competent. I love cars and don't mind dealerships, but you generally spend at least 1/2 day buying a car and doing paperwork. This process was painless and actually fun.

Best Service Center Ever!

1st time having service since I purchased my new Caddy in September 2014. I was 100% satisfied. The service staff was helpful & delightful. The only negative is that they gave me a brand new loaner to drive with all the bells & whistles, now I want one... Darn you!... just kidding. Thanks again for making it a pleasurable experience

Purchase of 2015 SRX

While it was difficult to give up my Lexus, I am extremely happy so far with my SRX 2015. Mike Dewey was most helpful, patient with my hundreds of questions; I never felt pushed into decision making - the benefits, quality, services offered, professionalism of Mike's presentation sold me! Excellent Service

I happened upon Tropical Cadillac quite by accident when I just mentioned to an insurance customer of mine who works there that I was looking for a certain vehicle. Paul Lechinsky called me twenty minutes later to say he had that very car on his lot. Paul was kind, courteous and helpful, and I hope to buy all cars from him. The service was excellent, and the warranty was honored even though this is not a Cadillac. I have never experienced service like this. I would give the dealership and Paul five stars all around. I would tell anyone to ask for Paul Lechinsky for a stellar experience in buying an auto.

The right response from a great dealer

As the result of an e-mail inquiry that I made about a Costco car buying program, I received a phone call next morning from Julie Finley. I gave her a hard time, almost but not intentionally rude, and told her that I wanted to talk to a `car guy?. I sat back and waited and sure enough I got a call from THE BOSS. Just what I wanted. When we arrived at Tropical Cadillac, the door was held open and we were guests of honor. We were handed the clickers to a new XTS and sent off for a test drive. After sitting down and reviewing the numbers we qualified for a number of unexpected discounts plus a $600 cash card from Costco. On delivery of the new 2014 XTS Julie spent more than an hour in the vehicle with us explaining the features and use of the Cadillac CUE system. She even paired my smart phone to the blue tooth. Now you would think I would be happy but three week later I had a total shoulder replacement and did not drive for 6 weeks. Then three months after that I returned to Indiana for the summer and left the Caddy in Florida. I still get a small tear in my eye thinking about that new car just sitting there. Hurry up snow!
