This was our best car buying experience ever. This dealership knows customer service. We felt like they wanted and appreciated our business. But not in a pushy, aggressive way, but in a neighborly way. They were friendly, professional and effective. It was a smooth and enjoyable buying experience and we love our new Fusion. Both Charlie and Matthew were consummate professionals. There is a reason why this is our second car from Maplecrest - those who work there - and we have now committed to having all of our mainteance done there too as the dealers nearer us have not shown nearly the same dedication and concern as Maplecrest has consistenly done over the years. It is with the greatest of pleasure that I can say I can recommend Maplecrest Ford in Mendham, NJ I walked into Maplecrest Ford in Mendham, NJ, a new dealership for me to go see cars at, and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. It turns out the person who asked me was the person I was looking for, Charlie Samons. Charlie was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. My friend did not let me down. Charlie made the complete process of deciding what car, and all that goes into that, very easy. Today I picked up the car. Charlie was their promptly at 08:30. He came in early for me to fit my schedule. Went over the paperwork, and then he spent all the time I needed in the car. He answered all my question. After going over the car with Charlie, I had to go see Matthew Daspin. He is the finance person, and without him you do not drive away with your new car. Matthew was organized, friendly, and knew what he need to do. He explained everything very clearly and in as much depth as was needed. Answering all my question, and giving me suggestions where needed.

This dealership was amazing! I was given the information and the great rates and James really worked with me meeting me after hours, on his day off taking time away from hims family so that I could see the truck I was interested in! Matt really worked with the banks working to get me the best rates and possible length which was a huge help for me! the special pricing on accessories and everything was amazing I am beyond thrilled with my purchase and would absolutely recommend and plan to send everyone I know over to James and the team at Maplecrest Ford! Great dealership. I bought a Ford Edge from here and the experience was great and stress free! Matt and James were so nice and helpful.
