I had a fabulous experience. Micky was fantastic, so sweet and I will always come back to him. Everyone prepared paperwork, etc. before I came, and went above and beyond to make process smooth.

My Wife and I turned in a 2013 Ford Edge Sport that we leased from Maplecrest Ford and were looking to lease another Edge Sport. Rich worked with us in getting the vehicle we wanted at the price we were looking to pay. I have to say Rich went over and above to get us in to this vehicle that we are very happy with.

I recently leased a Ford Explorer from Maplecrest Ford. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were honest and very accommodating. There were no hidden fees. We live in Staten Island and made the trip out to Mendham because by luck I got Charles on the phone and he was the most helpful salesperson I have ever encountered. My 2013 Escape had its transmission blow. I had it towed to another Ford dealer that turned out to be extremely difficult to deal with. Rather than replace the i transmission, I was looking to buy a new Escape and needed to do it quickly. I found Maplecrest online and immediately was put in touch was Marla. She helped me find a couple models in stock that were what I was looking for. She sent me a credit app right away to help speed up the process. Then she arranged for me to meet with Mickey who was well aware of my situation when I came in. The finance manager explained the whole process and didn't waste my time playing games with pricing. He gave me the best price up front and worked with me to get me the best price quickly. Once we agreed on price, the paperwork and delivery process was quick and efficient. Mickey gave a great tutorial on the vehicle and all of its features and then I was on my way. Although Maplecrest is not the closest Ford dealer to where I live, I will be a very loyal customer hopefully for years to come.
