Friendly Efficient and Easy to work with

This was not my first experience with Maplecrest Ford. I have purchased/leased several vehicles from the dealership and will continue to go back when my lease expires. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful in tutoring me on how to operate my new vehicle. The finance person was also very helpful in completing the financial papers. I will recommend Maplecrest Ford in Mendham to my fiends and colleagues.

Buying a Ford? This is the place.

Our salesman, Rich, worked very hard in making our purchase of a trade-in Lexus. We bought a Ford F-150 a few years ago and this is the same professional organization.

No games, honest, worth the trip, huge selection of trucks

I went to six dealers all together, some play games, some have low to no inventory and some dealers do not want to swap units. I was recommended to go by a friend and it was a excellent experience. Purchasing an automobile is generally a nightmare, not at Maplecrest of Mendham.

HOW TO SELL ...............

James listened attentively, was very helpful in selecting appropriate model and offered convenient options. For example I was allowed to drive the car to my home to seek my wife's approval of the color and the dealership arranged to purchase my present car which was a leased vehicle. This was a very convenient option from my point of view.

Great to work with

I bought a gently used car and they were great to work with. The deal was good and they were excellent to work with. My salesman Rich was excellent, as was Dave and the entire team.

2nd time around

Nothing but good things to say

My salesperson James Skuraton was pleasant, and professional. I read a review that said "he answered all my questions", well he covered everything and I never had a question. My new car was spotless despite the rain the day I picked it up. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Poor customer Service

I was shopping used Honda Accord EX-L, the manager of Maplecrest Auto made it a bad experience for me. Poor customer service and the manager of this place is so rude. The only nice person of this dealership is Micky.
