Maplecrest Ford

James and the entire staff ia a pleasure to deal with! Tom, Dave and Duncan have been a pleasure to work with as well over the years. This is our 7 vehicle purchased thru Maplecrest.

Visited 3 local Ford dealers and I was in a hurry and told each one that I needed to buy a truck that day. Being in business, I don't have a lot of time to sit and wait for a test drive, or wait on a long negotiation process going back and forth. My first contact was with Marla from Internet Sales, and she made sure the truck was ready for a test drive upon my arrival and greeted me quickly. I was lucky enough to then meet Micky, my salesman, who was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and made the entire experience fun, fast and pleasant. (which is just what I was looking for) The entire dealership staff was friendly and efficient. When we discussed price, Micky took me seriously and understood I had a time constraint and he was able to offer me a fair price in a timely manner. Again, I appreciated that. Upon delivery, the truck was cleaned and met my expectations. The finance and warranty paperwork process with Charlie Samons was also quick and efficient, and I was very comfortable with the staff. It was obvious that Maple Crest Ford processes' are seamless and their desire to offer a great buying experience for every customer was evident. I believe buying experiences should be fun and shouldn't be a hassle, and Maple Crest Ford, Micky and Charlie delivered on all levels. Charlie and Mickey are a credit to this dealership. I told Micky I'll be back and it will be a pleasure to see him again. Thank you all!

A great overall experience. James stayed well past closing time with me to go over all of the details and work out a deal. He was also very patient when I had some things that I had forgotten to take out of my trade, and assisted me with getting everything out.

James did a great job finding the exact model, color, and accessories that my mother wanted in her car and found it within just two days whereas other dealerships who wanted to charge more told us it would be 8 weeks to order one. He has been very good to work with before, during, and after the sale. I would definitely recommend James and Maplecrest Ford to anyone looking for a car.

James and Marla were both wonderful. Got a beautiful car and a great deal. They were able to search far, even out of state far, for my desired color. Other Ford dealerships were going to charge me an extra fee because the color I had wanted was not on their lot. I highly recommend James as a sales presentative as you search for your new Ford.

No pressure! I found a used Fusion on their website and made an appointment to drive the car. When I arrived I was handed the keys and told to drive it for as long as I wanted - by myself! The negotiations were easy and quick. Steve Cooper my sales rep was courteous and very thorough. I would recommend Maplecrest Ford to anyone.
