What an automobile dealership should be.

Over the past few years my family has purchased six vehicles form Maplecrest Ford. I have just taken delivery of a new Fusion. Every interaction we have had with every member of the Maplecrest team has been positive. From my first meeting with Tom Giordano I knew that this was a company that we could trust and rely upon. My experience each time I'm there confirms my first impression. James Skuraton has helped me with the last two vehicles. James is enthusiastic, honest, and anxious to make the transaction as seamless as possible. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or leasing a Ford product. Obviously I am totally pleased with Maplecrest Ford and everyone working there. I would not even consider buying a Ford anywhere else.

Maplecrest Ford - honest & haggle-free!

I gave bought many Fords here. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. James did an outstanding job finding the Escape in the color & w the options I wanted.

Purchased Ford Escape

it was a nice experience to work with this dealership. James Skuration was very helpful. The car I liked was not in stock, James managed to find and get the one we liked in a very shot time.

Outstanding

Could not have asked for a better car dealer to work with. James was so accommodating and found the exact car I wanted despite me giving him a wide range of options. If ever looking for a Ford, James at Maplecrest Ford is the only dealer to turn to.

New Truck Purchase

I located this dealership through the My Ford site. They had the vehicle I was interested in and so the negotiation began. I was trading an 2011 F 350 which I felt was in excellent condition. We managed to come to an agreement within the same day and closed the deal in three days. I found the sales staff and manager to be very resonable and there attitudes characterized by "Cando" while maintaining a total professional demeanor. Their knowledge helped bring us to a mutually good financial deal on a great Ford F 350 SD. I am from out of their immediate area but would highly recommend Maplecrest Ford speifically Kurt Friedman and Micky Hendrick to friends, family and others.

Kudos

Micky was very helpful taking the time to answer our questions, explain details about the vehicle features, and made the final purchase simple for us. We have had previous experience with working with Mendham Ford for service and purchases. Our recent experience with Micky was excellent.

positive experience

My purchase of a 2014 Ford Flex from James Skuraton of Maplecrest Ford was a very pleasant experience and had none of the stereotyped actions frequently associated with buying an automobile. I ordered the car in March,2014, it was delivered when promised, at the agreed upon price and without any hassle. James did a fine job of explaining the multiple and complicated electronics associated with high end cars today. My interactions with James, with David, the sales manager, and with Tom, the owner, were what expectations of the buying experience should be. If the car itself lives up to expectations, I will return to Maplecrest for my next vehicle. Joseph Laferrera

Scurry over to Skuraton...........

Buying a car is probably one of my least favorite tasks, and I do it every three years. James and Maplecrest made it easy. James was friendly and professional during the entire process. He took the time to show me all of the options available on my Escape, and how they worked before the purchase and again upon delivery. Customer service was great. He explained all of the packages and when there was not a car on the lot that fit my needs, he went out of his way to find one that did. He did what he said he was going to do, and returned all of my calls promptly. Overall, a great experience.

Always a Please to Work with the Mendham from Sales to Serv

I honestly felt when I randomly stopped into the Mendham Dealership in 2010 is was a good feeling. Sales and Service is beyond expectations on all levels. My Salesman James is a Class act professionally and personally. He should be commended for his hard work and due diligence. James always takes the extra step and has made my car buying experiences nothing less than EXCELLENT!!!! Thank You James I would also like to recognize Jim Kane in Service for always doing the right thing and Jerry in the shop. I have purchased many new cars in the past 40 plus years and had many good service experiences and some not so good. Jim and his Team also have taken the experience to the next level....
