Excellent Experience

It was a pleasure working with Marla and James! Marla contacted me and provided me with a number of vehicle options. I was able to test drive a couple of different models on my own without anyone else accompanying me which I appreciated because it allowed me to focus on the driving experience itself. James did a thorough job of explaining the various features of the car, and when the first one I test drove wasn't an ideal fit, he helped me find one that was. The no pressure approach, the communication, and friendly nature of both of them helped make it a great experience, and I would recommend Maplecrest Ford to anybody else.

Terrific Buying Experience

Worked with James w/r/t F150 lease. Got a good deal and overall service on par with luxury import dealers. Would certainly recommend and use again

"Touch of Class"

No pressure with a touch of class! Not the usual "What can I do to make you buy the car now?" or the other classic, "The today price." Instead, helpful, patient and listens to customers. James is professional and wonderful to work with. He goes out of his way to insure customer satisfaction. Only dealership I have gone to where the manager doesn't join the salesperson with the classic intimidation tactics that make the salesperson appear helpless and the manager a xxxxxxx. I will remain a loyal customer! James and the entire team are A+ all the way!

Great Experience!

It was a pleasure to work with James Skuraton and Maplecrest Ford. The entire experience was enjoyable and easy! At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. James was very patient with us, answered all of your questions and presented many options to us. We highly recommend James and Maplecrest Ford!

Excellent experience !

Just bought a new Ford Escape for my son and was really impressed with my buying experience thanks to Jim Skuraton. Jim was very knowledgable on the car and made a very fair offer that I accepted over competing offers from VW and Subaru. Seamless Experience

I found Maplecrest on line thru True Car. Not only was the experience from start to finish seamless, it was painless as well. My sincere thanks to Charle and Marla and everyone at Maplecrest ford for making my dealership experience a pleasure. My past exeriences with auto dealerships have not been pleasant and Maplecrest defiently turned around that for me. I will highly recommend Maplecrest of Mendham to family and friends and when the time comes, I will be a repeat customer.

Nice and easy does it every time

I went to purchase a Ford Escape for my daughter and James was very helpful. He took the time to go over my buying options as well as showed me several of the Escape models. In the end, the car, the price and the overall experience was perfect. I really appreciated James' nice and easy approach. Really made the experience pleasant. Thanks again.

Making the car buying experience easy

James and the entire staff and Maplecrest made the car buying experience very easy. They are friendly and attentive. The Explorer I was looking for was not in stock. They were able to find exactly what I was looking for and more.

Will certainly buy our next Ford from Maplecrest

Our Ford Edge purchase from Maplecrest was pleasant and easy. James assisted us with our best interests in mind. He is knowledgeable about the Ford line and knows their inventory, along with all the crazy features cars now come with these days.
