It was a pleasure working with Marla and James! Marla contacted me and provided me with a number of vehicle options. I was able to test drive a couple of different models on my own without anyone else accompanying me which I appreciated because it allowed me to focus on the driving experience itself. James did a thorough job of explaining the various features of the car, and when the first one I test drove wasn't an ideal fit, he helped me find one that was. The no pressure approach, the communication, and friendly nature of both of them helped make it a great experience, and I would recommend Maplecrest Ford to anybody else.

No pressure with a touch of class! Not the usual "What can I do to make you buy the car now?" or the other classic, "The today price." Instead, helpful, patient and listens to customers. James is professional and wonderful to work with. He goes out of his way to insure customer satisfaction. Only dealership I have gone to where the manager doesn't join the salesperson with the classic intimidation tactics that make the salesperson appear helpless and the manager a xxxxxxx.
