Mickey was great to work with. A real trooper in each of our test drive visits where there was more snow than road surface! Matthew provided very good customer service and efficient processing to get us in and out with ease. Thanks team.

James was a pleasure to work with. He made the car buying process fair and painless. I would buy from him again. His follow through in teaching me how to use the car and making sure I was satisfied with my purchase furthered my satisfaction with the experience.

We went to Maplecrest as a referral from TrueCar.com. We were very unsure what the experience would be but were pleasantly surprised. James provided excellent service. He explained the features of the car before the test drive and then found a vehicle that met our requirements. It was a pleasurable experience as new car buying goes.

2005 used Quigley E 350 van.... JAMES WAS GREAT !!!! That said, I made 4, 1 hour round trips from home while working this deal. One trip I used the vehicle for sale. I had two possible trades that I was offered well below wholesale price on. ( I had an offer from a wholesaler at home) I would have rather the dealer appraiser not waste my time and just told me they weren't interested in my trades. That would have saved me 2 trips. t delivery I had to buy my own spare key and I was sent down the road with less than 1/4 tank of fuel. Did I really work the deal so well they couldn't spare the few dollars for the key and at least enough fuel to get home? I know they made good money on me with the extended warranty and back end of the financing. Still the best the dealer did was tell me they cut keys there and directed me to the closest diesel station---that ended up being closed for repairs. James did offer to buy me fuel and the key, I declined on principal ( it wasn't his fault ) As a person who is a former car salesman (now a business owner), a son who sells cars now, and a friend that owns a dealership, I feel well versed in knowing customer satisfaction. JAMES did his BEST, he CARED. Maybe because I live an hour south the dealer didn't care so much.

Great experience! All of the guys I worked with SUPER...

Great experience! All of the guys I worked with SUPER professionals! The price was great and so was the service. Trust me these guys rock! Bought a brand new Ford EDGE at super price. The experience could not have been better. The dealership is very sharp and in a beautiful setting. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Micky Hendrick is as friendly a salesperson that I have ever dealt with. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!

This is my fourth lease of a new Explorer from Maplecrest. The entire staff of Maplecrest are credits to the auto industry and the nameplate. I have had experience with large dealerships and small ones. Maplecrest is a dependable local dealership with the personal touch so often missing in the larger stores. I had been dealing with the same sales consultant for almost ten years. After he retired Micky Hendrick stepped up to the plate and made sure that I will shop for cars at Maplecrest as long as I live in striking distance. The whole leasing experience was capped off with a swift, efficient, clear, and simple financial transaction handled with personality and grace by Matt Daspin. Tom Giordano deserves an ocean of credit for the team he has formed at the Mendham store. For all these and many more reasons, Maplecrest is my Ford dealership. Three cheers!!

James was very patient and supportive during the sales process. He was also very helpful finding a car -- he didn't try to push me to a car on their lot. He was also helpful with the service department getting a different set of tires installed.
