We purchased a 2014 Escape from Maplecrest Ford a few weeks ago. We are very happy with the car and were very pleased with the entire purchasing process. We were offered a test drive and in a test vehicle with 5 minutes of arriving at the dealership. The pricing was straight forward and very competitive for both the purchase and the trade-in. The day we picked the car up all the paperwork was complete and well organized and we were in our new car in 20 minutes. Everyone we dealt with was customer-oriented and pleasant without applying undue pressure.

I was shopping online for a new car and stumbled across Maplecrest Ford in Mendham, NJ. I'm in NY and was looking for a specific car. The Internet Sales Dept was very responsive and helped me get the exact car I wanted and I was able to negotiate a very good price. (Price was far better than NY prices.) I then worked with a sales associate and finance person over the phone/email to finalize the deal, so I just needed to go to the dealership to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. The folks at the dealership are extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Maplecrest Ford and will shop with them again for my next Ford. -Margaret

The decision making process and selection from inventory was superior to any car purchase I have ever made. Even the Ford brand stood tall. This was my second Ford, and first since my first car 30 years ago. I am now the proud driver of a 2014 Ford Edge. I love the car and the assistance I received throughout.
