I honestly felt when I randomly stopped into the Mendham Dealership in 2010 is was a good feeling. Sales and Service is beyond expectations on all levels. My Salesman James is a Class act professionally and personally. He should be commended for his hard work and due diligence. James always takes the extra step and has made my car buying experiences nothing less than EXCELLENT!!!! Thank You James I would also like to recognize Jim Kane in Service for always doing the right thing and Jerry in the shop. I have purchased many new cars in the past 40 plus years and had many good service experiences and some not so good. Jim and his Team also have taken the experience to the next level.... I recently bought a new Ford Explorer from this dealership. I did not get the high pressure sales job common to a lot o car dealerships. James is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and straight forward to work with. Buying from this dealership is about as easy going as it gets I think. I also got a very fair price on my trade in.
