My 18 year old son got a bad deal here. They took advantage of a young man and this will be an expensive lesson for him. So very disappointing that the world is full of predators

MR LISLE, YOU WERE HERE AT THE DEALERSHIP THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF PURCHASING THE CAR. YOU ARE THE ONE THAT NEGOTIATED THE DEAL. AFTER THE PURCHASE, YOU HAD A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE CAR AND BROUGHT IT BACK. WE MADE THE REPAIRS AT NO COST TO YOU. THAT WAS THE LAST WE HEARD FROM YOU AND WE NEVER HEARD ANY COMPLAINTS. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE TRIED TO ACCOMPLISH 100 PERCENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. YOU HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THE USED CAR YOU PURCHASED AND WE DO NOT HAVE A CRYSTAL BALL TO KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM OR ARE GOING TO ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM. THE WISE THING TO DO IS TO COMMUNICATE AND LET US KNOW WHAT'S WRONG INSTEAD OF BASHING US FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN BUYER'S REMORSE.
An oasis of purchase confidence!
Our search for an affordable vehicle that was within our budget had proven difficult and we were close to giving up and heading to a bar to regroup. We had search all day through cold rain, misleading salespeople and overall zero results. We decided to walk across the street for one last attempt and entered World Auto Net. We met Ed who proceed to introduce us to a vehicle. The numbers were made to work thanks to Ed and the owner, Fred. Inquiry - 2008 Honda Ridgeline RTS
I submitted a request of interest in a 2008 Honda Ridgeline RTS. My submittal was replied to in a prompt manner by text from a salesman. I called the salesman to see when I could arrange to see the vehicle. I went the next day and examined the vehicle, test drove it and made the decision to purchase it. The person preparing the sales closing documents was very courteous and I was able to pick the vehicle up in a couple of hours in order to give them time to clean the vehicle.

a one of a kind expirence
I was really amazed when i went in to take a look at a charger i had seen driving by a few days back, the staff was all friendly and easy to talk to. A manager, Kevin, Had let me drive the charger by myself. I think that gave me a really good and unique perspective on what to look for in the car since i was alone and didn't have a dealer swaying my views on the car. I look forward to hopefully buying from them soon.

be aware of fees passed on from finance company to dealer then added to your bill of sale. read your figures thoroughly. still waiting on a part to be replaced since purchase date 2 months ago.

Dear Sam wb, We try to help everyone drive a nice car free of mechanical problems for years after they buy from us. Although this is a very hard task in used car business, we have accomplished that as you can see it in our reviews. We do not have control over the bank financing charges and interest rates. That totally is pending on your credit history. 30 days after you bought the car you complaint to me about this purchase and I gave you an option to return the truck. Since you could not obtain financing anywhere else and your husband liked the truck, you decided to keep the truck and we gave you additional discount to compensate for the part(rear bumper with a dent). Again I am very sorry we could not satisfy you, as 100 percent customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

Buying with Faith.
WOW, that was my experience in a nut shell. I live in California and was very sceptical about sending a check for a car I never seen before, but Fred at World Auto Net was very honest and I had to have a little faith. My car when transported was everything Fred said and more. The buying experience was amazing due to Fred arranged everything from start to finish. I will be telling all my friends.. Great Dealership
This dealership is very fair and honest. I puchased a jeep grand Cherokee last November and it ended up having some major issues. This dealership was instantly concerned and willing to fix the problem. They even gave me a loner car to drive while the work was done which they didnt have to do. I understand buying a used car is always a gamble but the fact that they were willing to make the issues right in a timely manor and kept good communication with me, makes them a highly recommended company. They get my vote and recommendation 100%.
