My experience

Mario is very polite, friendly and extremely nice. It was my first time buying a car and I thought it would of been different. He makes sure that my mother and I understood what was going on and made it known that he is there for any questions or concerns that I have. I was recommended here by a family friend and I can see why. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends that I know is looking to by a car

09 Corolla

Our son Matthew needed his 1st car, researched on-line...I guided him to an 09 Corolla @ Bourne's because of my 2 previous good experiences. He called and spoke with David to test drive. Carlos worked out the financing, explained everything clearly and signed us up. Done deal...we were on our way. I will call David for our next vehicle need. People ask me about Bourne's...I always recommend.

No stress

No stress experience. Knew the price of the vehicle. Sales guy, Dave Pair, was very attentive and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend the experience. Oh, I like the car (Acura MDX) too!

Amazing Dealership!

I live in Wells, Maine and I found Bourne's Auto Center on line while searching for a Hummer H3. I contacted the dealership for info on the vehicle and was surprised to receive a text message after hours the same evening. I drove down to MA the next day to look at the vehicle. When I got there it was nice because we had a chance to look over the vehicle without being hounded by a sales person. Once we decided to go in and speak to someone we met sales person, John Benner who was fantastic! I had a couple of concerns about the vehicle and John made sure everything was taken care of immediately. I requested a new windshield be installed prior to the purchase. After picking up the Hummer I had some concern that the windshield may not have been sealed properly. The dealership Manager, Shawn Saunders, worked with me to have the Hummer checked out near my home so that I would not have to drive back down to MA and the issue has been resolved and covered by the warranty. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase a vehicle there again. Great Job Bourne's Auto Center!

Amazing Customer Service!

Ford Explorer and David

Hi... I had an amazing experience at Boure's. I had let them know a few months ahead of time what I was looking for in a car and they were so great about calling me when something with all my requirements came in so I could come look at it. I finally decided on a 2012 Ford Explorer and we love it! Not only was it a very reasonable price for the car... But everyone from Russ Burnham, David Pear and the finance manager made it so easy to get the deal done. This is the second car I have purchased from them and I have two more cars to purchase for our family in the next year and without a doubt will only go to Boyrne's! Thank You guys for taking such great care of me again!

Great job, Bourne's Auto!

After my previous car broke down, I was in search of a new one. After trying multiple dealerships, I finally stopped at Bourne's Auto Center. Great Service

Its a really welcoming enviroment where their employees really do try there best to assist you in any way they can. After hearing my car was out of commission preventing me from going into work John Benner and Carlos Machado went above and beyond to help ease me through the process. The process took two days and I was back on the road with a beautiful new Mazda 6. John helped me find the right car and Carlos found the best deal for me to get it in the financed and on the road. I Recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy dealership where they treat you like one of their own.
