Another successful Bourne's experience

My family has bought many cars from Bournes Auto. After our first buying experience many years ago with Mike Kelly we have never gone anywhere else for sales or service. They are great to work with during every aspect of every sale or service visit. We have encountered honesty, patience, professionalism, and no pressure. All of our sales have been through Mike Kelly over the years, who we have returned to time and time again due to the way we were treated. This time we worked with John Benner. He provided another simple, professional, easy buying experience. John was very patient, kind, accommodating and helped us to drive our new car home the day we bought it. We were once again pleased with our experience at Bourne's.

Great Experience/ people

Its a really welcoming enviroment where their employees really do try there best to assist you in any way they can. After hearing my car was out of commission preventing me from going into work John Benner and Carlos Machado went above and beyond to help ease me through the process. The process took two days and I was back on the road with a beautiful new Mazda 6. John helped me find the right car and Carlos found the best deal for me to get it in the financed and on the road. I Recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy dealership where they treat you like one of their own.

Overall Experience.

Mike Clark and Mario Lee were excellent to deal with, at Bourne's. Very accommodating and professional. Within the last month, I purchased a Car and was serviced and I am very satisfied with the overall service that Bourne's has to offer.

Excellent Experience!

I purchased a 2012 Infiniti from Bourne's Auto recently. I dealt with Shawn Saunders and Andrew Gesner. They made my car buying experience a pleasure. They were both very professional and friendly, and didn't make me feel like just a number. Thanks for a great experience, and I love my new car!!!

Very good customer service

Seng was very professional and was able to help us into our latest car a 2006 infiniti. He was able to answer all questions that we had. Will definitely be back to replace our other car.

Great no pressure experience!

I purchased two cars from Bourne and both times was a great, no pressure experience. I dealt with David Pair in sales and Andrew Gesner in Finance, both very professional and helpful! I won't shop anywhere else!
