GREAT SERVICE FROM THE RECEPTIONIST

I was browsing for a new used car and she walked over to me with a bright smile and a bubbly personality. I am very BIG on GREAT customer service. She was attentive and assisted me with speaking to a car salesman. While I was waiting, she even offered me some drinks. I didn't leave with a car but I was appreciative of the service regardless. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go there.

Excellent service department

My first major visit to your service department could not have gone any better. I had multiple questions for your staff that addressed all my concerns with professinalism and concern. Joey Fouts in the Collision Center and Naseem Saleem, your Serive Consultant, were very knowledgeable and helpful but hats off to Steve Bussius who went totally above and beyond to insure all my issuses were resolved. Steve initally didnt have an answer to all my concerns. What he did was quickly arranged for a loaner car for me as he went to work on my issues. This was yesterday 4/14. By lunchtime time today Steve called me that my car was ready for pickup. When I got to the service department Steve interrupted his lunch to get me squared away and insurred me that everything was taken care of. My car was waiting for me ....looking like brand new ! This gentleman is a great asset to your dealership and truly knows the meaning of great customer service

great service

I took my car in for repairs the staff was friendly and fast. The facility was clean . Nic was the associate at infiniti of coconut creek who helped me. Nic made sure my car was repaired in a timely manner. When I got my car back it looked brand new, he had it washed and the inside clean. I fell in love with my car all over again.

Washington Vieira- Service

I used to service with Ryan, however he is no longer there. Now i service with William and he does at great job at explaining service and what needs to be done. Last, but not least, the main part of this amazing service is that he tells you what can wait and what does not need to be done yet. Saving you money and being honest is his role which gained my respect. Thank you.

Never paid off what they promised. I got stuck with the bill

This has been going on for a while with them! I went into IOCC on 8/30/2015 as I had been lured in to trade in my lease early by Gabriel Carrasco. I was promised IOCC would pay off the Unsatisfied Contract Obligation, Excess Mileage, and the Disposition Fee. Perfect, this sounded great! Until the only paid the Unsatisfied Contract Obligation. Upon signing the special conditions of sale IOCC specified they would pay off the Lease Remaining Payment of $2,325.72 and they were not responsible for any wear and tear on excess mileage, stating that when I received the End of Lease Liability Statement, they would pay the remaining balance for the Disposition Fee and the Excess Mileage Charge. I did pay my obligation for the excess wear and use due to excess mileage. After providing Gabriel Carrasco with the End of Lease Liability Statement, he responded that he had received it and was calling Infiniti Financial Services to have those two items taken care of. I had emailed him back and fourth several times all leading me to believe he was working on the bill. Finally I called in and he stated it was taken care of and to come in as I was looking at acquiring another vehicle. Several weeks went by and finally I was able to schedule and appointment to come in to the dealership. Coincidentally that week I received a letter from Vital Recovery Services, a collection agency and upon checking my credit score had dropped 100+ points due nonpayment of this account. I had then gone into the dealership to speak to David Fox to which he stated that because it was not listed in the special conditions of sale that he didn't care. Gabriel specifically swindled me upon purchase as he stated that he could not put into the special conditions of sale because the did not know if I would be charged and the exact amounts. I ended up paying out of my pocket an additional 1259.95. David Fox refused to inquire directly with Gabriel to confront him about this matter and told me I was incorrect on the terms as they never promised this at least in writing. I had my friend with me and the sales manager in the room at the time all witness to the terms of the sale. I have several emails with Gabriel eluding to the fact that he is working on it. Even requesting I resend the End of Lease Liability Statement as he did not receive the first time. He shook my hand and verbally reaffirmed upon leaving that IOCC would take care of these three outstanding charges. IOCC failed to comply on their promise and I am now out of pocket $1259.95, which was the reason I turned in the vehicle in the first place! To avoid excess mileage and disposition fees.

Happy customer

I have been a customer of Infiniti of Coconut Creek for the past 12 years -- owning or leasing 2 Infinitis during this time. The facilities are awesome, service is spot-on, but the people are what keep me going back. I pass 3 other Infiniti dealerships on my way to Coconut Creek. I don't even consider going to any of those. Really, this is a first-class operation.

Used Car Purchase

I got a good deal on a certified used vehicle, but it took a lot of back and forth. The sales person was very pushy at times and he seemed to not be interested in hearing my opinion or concers about the vehicle. He only was focused on making the sale. The facility is top notch, but customer service for sales needs work. Overall I felt it was a good experience, I just wish I had a different sales person who cared about more then just the sale.

Exceptional service!

Ive had horrible past experiences at car dealerships, so i was nervous arriving at coconut creek infiniti. Thats when i was pleasently greated by Moe! He changed the way i think and feel about the car buying process. He helped me find exactly what i was looking for, and gave me the best deal possible! He is truley a nice, helpful, and honest man. I highly reccomend him if your in the area looking to lease or finance a beautiful infiniti!

I am considering a QX60 and went to Infiniti of Coconut Creek. The salesman who helped me was Michael Urrego who was very knowledgeable and helpful and never made me feel pressured in any way. The sales manager, David Fox, was great as well. I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Mr. Urrego to anyone looking for an Infiniti.
