Great Service

Throughout the car buying process I met many car salesmen but Stephen William of Infiniti Coconut Creek was leagues above the rest. He was helpful and respectful, and not once did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. Mr. William made the process smooth and simple. I would refer friends and family to him for help buying a car without hesitation.

Pre-Owned Car

I recieved EXCELLENT service at Infiniti of Coconut Creek when I newly purchased a Pre-Owned car. MR. Jean Momplaisir is an exceptional salesman which provides you with everything you need. The whole process from testdrive-documentation-purchase went easy. Highly recommended

Stephen was great!

A Saleman named Moe

What an incredible experience My Mother and I had at this dealership and it's all because of our salesman named Moe. (Ziad Nadar). Our family went through 4 weeks of turmoil with the sudden passing of my father, my mother hospitalized for 2 weeks and their car lease coming to a close. My mother had an Infiniti for over 10 years, which she handed over to her grandchild 4 years ago. Since then, she has always wanted another to own another Infiniti. We were not in any condition to start heavy negotiations with car dealers and then we walked into the Coconut Creek Infiniti dealership and met Moe. What a great experience from the time we entered their showroom and met Moe. When do you ever meet a sales person who is more interested in listening to your stories then trying to sell you a car ? It never happens but it happened there. Everyone was exceptional and Moe listened to what we were looking for in a car and found the perfect car for mom. We went for a test ride and he explained everything about the car and then some. The dealership was not pushy at all, very clean and very hospitable. Because of Moe, we leased my mother a new Q50 which she loves and enjoys driving. More important than that, is that Moe, calls my mother every week just to check up on her and to make sure that she is happy with her purchase. Moe and the Coconut Creek Infiniti dealership is certainly a terrific place to purchase a car and you will have a wonderful experience doing so.

Excellent Buying Process

There was a great experience to deal with the sales people at this Infiniti dealership! We test the car, we place an offer and in no time we got a deal. The closing process was as usual but with very friendly people in a very nice environment. Ask for Michael Urrego, he will help you to reach a very favorable deal !

Unabashed crooks

Paid $200 to have car analyzed for repair. Estimate was over $2100, including $600 in parts. I took the car to another mechanic who fixed the car for less than $400, including $15.00 in parts.
