Best Salesman Stephen William
My fiance went in and met with Stephen William. He was extremely helpful and spent a great deal of time with her despite her telling him she was not purchasing right away. He took her out and explained so much about the car. As soon as we are ready we will be back to see Steve for sure. He didn't pressure her or I and we really appreciate that. The receptionist and cafe staff were also friendly and helpful. We will definitely purchase from them and highly recommend Steve and the dealership to anyone.

crooked & Dishonest Sellers Unethical Behaviors
Horrible Service, very dishonest Sellers and Team. I just got a new vehicle with them and they screw me,once that my lease is over I would never ever would buy or lease from this place nor from Infiniti Company. They lost my business and I know they don't care, but thats OK because I do not want to deal with bandits.

Crooks & dishonest Sellers with Unethical Practices!!!!!
Horrible Service, very dishonest Sellers and Team with very Unethical Practices. I just got a new vehicle with them and they screw me, once that my lease is over I would Never Ever would buy or lease from this place nor from the Nissan-Infiniti Company. They lost my business, I know they don't care, but thats OK because I do not want to deal with bandits. You Have been Warned Buyer Beware!!!

Great Customer Service
Although I didn't purchase my Infiniti from this particular dealership the staff were suprisingly very courteous. The young woman at the desk named Lindsay was very helpful and polite; not to mention gorgeous. It was very refreshing getting my car serviced from here. I'm now a regular. Way to go Infiniti of Coconut Creek, Great Team!!!!

I want to take the time out to let everyone know of the most excellent service my husband and I received at the Infiniti of Coconut Creek! First of all we were greeted by their receptionist Lindsay! She is no ordinary receptionist she had such a warm and welcoming presence and greeted us with such a genuine approach. Her bedside manners were on point! We were super excited and also had our guard up because everyone knows how people normally get tricked into a bad deal and have the worst case of buyers remorse! Well in our fortunate case we purchased our QX 50 SUV about a year ago and to this day we continue to have such great experiences and are treated with such quality care it's the best! I needed to take this time to let future buyers and shoppers know that they will be satisfied and will not have any regrets! Your expectations will be met! Thank you so much to all the representatives at Infiniti of Coconut Creek and most of all I have to give a special thank you to Lindsay because she put all of my worries at ease and the rest was history!
