From day of lease sales person (moe) was full of information about the car that i leased. The service deportment performance has been great on taking care small thing that some time need adjusting.

Great sale department. I was very impressed with the professionalism and personal attention of the salesman and manager of the dealer. This is my third Infinity from Infinity of Coconut Creek.

Everyone I dealt with were exceptional. Yamil is a great sales person, made me feel very comfortable, knowledgeable & patient, Chris was great and whenever I had questions, he answered them right away. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back for sure!

I have been taking my G37 to Coconut Creek Infiniti for years. Steve Sellick, Service Consultant always provides me with great service. The entire crew is very friendly and efficient, especially Miles. When Steve is not available, I ask for Troy because he's great too! This is a great dealership with outstanding service.

Unethical sales practices . Spoke to "Buyback Billy". Their Facebook page had a buyback/sale event, wanted to get out of my 2017 Lexus lease in which I am upside down on. They said " we can buy you out and strive to get you into a new Infiniti with ZERO DOWN. After I get there I am told you need to come up with $5K for the negative equity. I told you all this before I wasted my time and came in. Shame on you Infiniti of Coconut Creek. I will let people know how you operate.

Alex made the entire maintenance experience awesome. Dropped off my car, picked up the loaner car and was out the door to continue on with my day. He called when my vehicle was ready a few hours later. They even washed the car.

Infiniti body shop repaired my vehicle. Silvya ensured an outstanding repair. My service advisor Steve Sellick was outstanding ensuring scheduled service was complete. Excellent service!

Very Professional and extremely easy going. I did not feel pressure or got overwhelmed by salesmen/ managers like they make you go thru in some of the other dealerships. I actually went the first time just to test drive the car and check pricing options. They treated me really well even knowing that was not going to purchase anything that day. They also let me leave without any usual dealership harassment. Came back a few days later, after doing some shopping around and decided to buy the car there. The buying experience was also really good. I never felt pressure and they end up giving me a very good deal on an amazing car. I definitely recommend this dealership and infiniti.
