Bought my Q50 from this dealer and recently brought it in for a complimentary oil change. I was taken immediately and introduced to Miguel Horta, who was to process the necessary forms. Everything was explained in detail and I was ushered in the lounge waiting area. Periodically Miguel would report back to me on service progress. As planned and promised , my car was ready within the aforementioned time period. What a joy and surprise ! I will definitely continue to service my car at Infinity of Coconut Creek.

Awesome Team
Andrew in Finance and Ricardo made my experience an excellent one. I did go through a broker for my deal however my experience with these two men was phenomenal. There was a hiccup with my purchase as I wanted a Navigation system in my SUV QX50 and when delivered it was not there. BUT Andrew and Ricardo quickly fixed that issue and I have been riding happy since

Horrible Customer Care and ZERO Follow Through
f I could rate ZERO stars I would. WORST customer care ever!! Very typical USED CAR SALESMAN treatment. Would never step a foot in their dealership ever again. Once sale was made on a 2019 Jeep, the niceness disappeared. Made promises that were followed by, you bought the car AS-IS. I understand what AS-IS means, however if you say you are going to take care of something, then follow through. And not just the salesman, the sales managers are NO better. Stay away!!

Definitely Recommend
Overall a great experience. I purchased a new QX50 from Demetrius Wells who was very professional and ensured that we were getting a deal we were comfortable with. The buying process is always long no matter where you go , but Demetrius ensured all our questions were answered and stayed late ona Sunday night for us. One minor annoyance is one of the locks on the back door needs to be fixed because it’s getting stuck but unfortunately service was closed by then so will have to bring the car back this week to fix but Demetrius offered to give me a loner while they adjust it. Overall I would recommend this dealership .

Great experience
I saw the car I wanted on line and even though I lived out of state, the price was fair enough for me to give them a call. Kevin the internet manager spoke with me about the car in question. Yamil was great about sending me additional pictures and a full price quote that included Georgia state tax and title. I decided to fly down to Miami to look at the car and couple others at used car dealers. I found out quickly that the used car dealers were very sketchy so I headed over to Infiniti of Coconut Creek and had a far more comfortable experience. Moe showed me the car and we took a test drive. They had put new tires on it along with a full servicing. He explained their thorough inspection process with pride. The full quote was straight forward with only a dealer fee and then my tax, tag and title for Georgia. He was very patient even when I took the night to sleep on it. I called Moe on his cell the next morning and told him I’d take the car. He had it detailed again even though it was immaculate and filled it up with gas. His manager came to meet me when I got there as did Kevin. Moe walked me through all the steps including an easy financing process. I drove the car off the lot to take the 7 hour drive home. It’s been a week and I’m very pleased with the car. The whole experience was fantastic. Thank you Moe and team Infiniti!

DISHONEST AND DANGEROUS
This is the most untrustworthy, scummy dealership I have ever encountered. I purchased an Infiniti from them in 2014 and I thought it would be safe to buy a second car from them. They ended up selling me a car that should not have ever left the lot, never passed any safety or engine tests as required and when I tried to work it out with them they simply ignored me. I am a caretaker and hold someone else's life in my hands, which they were well aware of, and sold me the car with a smile all the while knowing it was not at all safe and had damages that would cost me more than the car. (they told me there was no damages and the car was safe to drive just another lie) I have had the car for two months and it has broken down three times already on my dime. Do not be fooled by the name of this dealership. They are extremely dishonest and will sell you a car that will break down the day you leave and will ignore your phone calls until you have to threaten with a lawyer. If you'd like to purchase a car that is safe and has actually gone to the correct safety and engine inspections, DO NOT go to Infiniti of Coconut Creek. The Used Car manager John Knuth is just as bad and cared less than my salesman. Once you leave the lot they don't care about you anymore so please do not make the same mistake I did and have to live this nightmare. They told me the car was in good condition and I later found out there are so many problems it will cost me more than the car. Stay away from Infiniti of Coconut Creek. Worse than anything they have continued to lie about everything my mechanics can prove were pre-existing and I am going to have to hire a lawyer since they will not return my calls. Please save yourself my headache and buy a car somewhere else!
