We were greeted up arrival by Marc Victor, our salesman. From that moment on we were put at ease. He asked us about our needs, made recommendations and was patient while we pondered our options. He respected our wishes to think over the car, the dealership and our financial needs. Once we made our decision Marc was helpful in working through the process of completing the purchase. He was knowledgable and patient when explaining the features of the vehicle. We would absolutely recommend him and the dealership to friends. The management and finance officer were first rate and we appreciated their attention as we worked through the buying process.

You know your auto service needs are in great hands. Naseem just don’t write up a service ticket, he interacts with you, remembers the last conversation you may have had with him. He checks over your vehicle, listens to your feedback and service concern, he checks into the database for any major service bulletins or recalls that may have been issued (which is rare for Infiniti). He keeps you up to date on your service with a brief status report. He confirms all service request has been completed and your vehicle is clean and shining :). He follows back up with you a day or two to see if all is well with your vehicle and to see how you are personally doing. This is not your average service advisor you may have encountered at other dealerships. Naseem is without a doubt a friend, a true friend... One who wants to make sure you get the best service possible, who smiles every time he sees you, who checks up with you to see how your day is going, and reconfirms if you have any issues to contact him.
