I came in not really knowing if i wanted to buy or lease my next vehicle and regie helped me figure out that a lease was the way to go in my case. I am really happy with the car and service i received and will be coming back when im ready to get in another vehicle.

Poor Business Minded People
I have been leasing Infinity's for my wife for the past 10 years from Infinity of Coconut Creek. At current end of lease last month, I went back to Infinity of Coconut Creek to get a price on a new Lease for her. Before closing the deal they sent their inspector outside to go over the car I was returning. The mileage was under where it should be, the tires were almost new as I changed them 3 months prior but there were a few small scratches on 2 or 3 places. Nothing big. The guy seemed like he was going over the car with a microscope. I told him that I didn't lease the car to put in my living room but to drive it. The ware & tare was well within the scope of normality for a 39 month old car. They told me that there would be between $1,000 - $1,500 worth of repairs on the body. I got that feeling in my stomach when you know that someone is trying to rip you off. I laughed at them as I said goodbye, got in my car and drove home. BTW, I happened to drive by Infiniti of West Palm Beach the next week and told Adam what had transpired and he gave me an even better deal than Coconut Creek and they also found my car to be within acceptable ware & Tare standards. Coconut Creek, you have lost a good & loyal customer.

All Talk, lots of promises unfulfilled
Laura Herreno was a huge disappointment. She made multiple promises least of which that paperwork would be ready, I.T wasnt When we arrived. She offered one deal and the. Changed the numbers, she didn’t show her face when we arrived and nothing was completed after being told we had very limited time. We could have done to a dealer closer but believed all of her promises. Also, offered service deals and did NOTHING. Never responded when she knew we were dissatisfied. Just a horrible experience. Would never return to this dealership. Sad as this was the 4th Infiniti we have purchased. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Excellent Buyiing Experience
Went to see a QX50 and was met by Martin Greenberg. Great sales poerson with a great positive attitude and very hospitable. The process was a bit lenghty but Martin made it seem like a walk in the park. The showroom was well lit and the entire personnel was friendly. It was truely worth the drive from Miami!

Just Like Family
I came into Infinity of Cocount Creek to see Nash - the best service advisor I have met in 30 years. I came to make an appointment for an oil change and filter. Nash said "How about Now" He checked my cars history and said he could get me in and out in about an hour (Which I was)! As usual the service was great, Nash was friendly and informative and as this is the first time I waited for my car as opposed to getting a loaner, I was able to watch the car being serviced. I was impressed. The service area was clean, and Anthony who worked on my car was friendly, spoke about what he was doing, did not rush the service and checked just about everything imaginable. I could never see taking my Infinity anywhere else. In fact the Infinity is my wife's car and I drive an older Nissan Murano. I am going to start servicing my Murano at Infinity of Coconut Creek as well. Why go anywhere else!

Infiniti Q50
I didn't have a satisfying experience with my purchased, I bought a 2015 preowned Infiniti Q50, very nice car, my sales person wasn't familiar with the product he was selling, he was unable to demonstrate how to work features of the car, he also gave me wrong key, the car came with two keys, I didn't realize I had the wrong key until I brought the car back for service, I pointed out to the service rep that the key may need batteries because it didn't work, I was then advised that key didn't belong to car. To make matters worse, apart of my purchase agreement was to bring the car back to paint scratches that were on the front and back bumper, everytime I would call my sales rep to set up an appt, he wouldn't answer my call or reply to my emails, the only way I could speak with him was calling the facility and have them track him down. I finally got an appt to fix my car a month later, they painted the back bumper and not the front, although I confirmed with my salesperson upon leaving the car that both back and front bumper needs paint, To make the story even worse upon picking up the car, I pointed out to my salesperson that the front bumper wasn't painted, he tried to convince me that what I am seeing aren't scratches, they are bugs? So if this bumper was freshly painted why are bugs on it? The facility itself is ok, people are friendly but their sales people need better customer relations.

I took my new 2017 Q50S to service due to a minor issue with the alignment on the tires, the car was pulling a lot to the right. The experience at Coconut Creek Infinity has been great since I purchased the car. Great customer service, thanks to Bill my service advisor, I really recommend this place.
