Great Service

This is my third Infiniti and one of the main reasons I continued to stay with Infiniti was their service. Not that I have really had any real issues with my car, but whenever I needed anything from a nail in my tire, a light that went on, or just needed a car wash, Steve Sellick in service was always great, getting me in and out of the dealership fast.

Excellent car shopping experience!

My salesman, Ricardo Alonzo, is a genuinely good person. He's very knowledgeable in all aspects of Infiniti vehicles, he's respectful and patiently answered my many questions. Larry Ramie, the sales mgr, and Ricardo found every possible discount/incentive and negotiated a great deal for me. The business mgr, Ameike Reid, happily explained every detail of the contract. These guys are true professionals, no pressure, no hype, no nonsense, just great customer service!

My Infiniti at coconut creek experience

We had to comeback twice in the beginning, but afterward the process was smooth. Our salesperson Edith was very patient, and very helpful. She took the time to search and find exactly what we were looking for. She explained everything to us and assured us that we were getting the best service possible.

2015 Infiniti service

I was in and out of the service area in less than an hour.., fantastic service from Nassim as well.,, and it was also coveted under the warranty

Troy was an excellent service consultant

Troy was an excellent service consultant. He let me know all the required service and the approximate cost. The car was even washed. I did not make prior arrangement for shuttle service and he very quickly made the arrangements. thanks Troy
