Replace leather cover on driver's seat

Great service from dealership. Mark was very helpful and so was Steve Bossius. Both were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend both employees. Steve gave me a great loaner car and let me keep it an extra day.

FX35 airbag replacement and detailing

Had a great experience at Infiniti Coconut Creek. Anthony was my excellent service representative, he was very attentive and knowledgeable about the service. Big kudos to the gentlemen in the detail shop, you made my baby look brand-new!

First experience and won't be the last

Nothing but the best at this dealership. I was greeted by Jeff Pool and Ricardo and couldn't have asked for anything more. They were willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction even after getting to the dealership an hour before closing. They were very patient and understanding throughout the whole process. This is my first experience with this dealership and certainly wont be the last. Again, thank you for an awesome experience.

FX35 Airbag Recall

Worked with Troy to get my '07 FX35 passenger airbag replaced. Great experience overall. Got me in on time, got me into a loaner quickly, had my car back later that afternoon. Nice job, Infiniti of Coconut Creek.

Car Purchase Review

Mark Freedman has sold me 2 Infiniti sport coupes, the latest being the Q 60 Red Sport. What makes Mark shine is his friendly and courteous manner. He is knowledgeable, understanding and extremely competent. Most importantly, he is not pushy. Mark is the best, and I would recommend him without reservation.

Owner

Great dealership with hard working employees. Their management staff is second to none. The bodyshop is amazing billy and Blaine are an amazing team. Alex ,the manager is the most qualified bodyshop manager I've ever met. Service is amazing as is the sales department. Mike Crowley, general manager/ owner is very concerned with how his customer 's are taken care of. Great guy, and it shows throughout the entire dealerships. Thank you

Great Experience

The Service Advisor, Anthony Cabrera was wonderful. He understands and covers all the issues. Great listener who catches all of the details. Honestly, I have not always had that experience there.
