I opdered a Cadillac Escalade from Schepel a year ago. When the vehicle came in they sold it to someone else, but told me "the factory cancelled the order", then when the second vehicle arrived they sold it out from under me again while my financing was getting approved. I called Ryan the day before and told him the credit union would have the funds the next day. Ryan Van Prooyen salt it any way. Ryan Van Prooyen and Schepel Cadillac are completely unethical.

Why is not Everyone Driving a Schepel Cadillac?
This is my second Certified Used Cadillac from Schepel and I couldn't be happier! I was already familiar with the dealership, but I can never get over the lengths they go to to treat their customers well. Recently I used Cadillac Roadside Assistance, and that was as professional as all their services at the dealership are. And it certainly makes a lone driver feel safe on the roads.

My wife and I were met promptly by Mike Eason who checked my vehicle in for service. Mike reviewed the vehicles past history and proceeded with the necessary maintenance which was due. The service was completed quickly and I was kept informed on the progress.
