The employees at Schepel Cadillac in Merrillville are very professional and courteous. I've had to take my car in for basic oil changes and some recalls. The service department is exceptional. My time is important to me. I make the appointment, come in and no waiting! Everything is ready to go. Always willing to give me a loaner vehicle so that I don't have to wait for two hours for a recall service. They all do a great job!

Manager was insulting.
Gabriel young was a great sales person very relaxed and willing to work with us. However the management was very rude and offered the car at value almost double that of the value it was worth. I would go back to the dealership to work with Gabriel young, however the manager would keep me away. I would give Gabriel Young a 5 star rating. However, the manager I would give a 1 star rating. This is due to a counter offer of 100 dollars less than the asking price on a vehicle that was exuberantly over priced.

BEST car buying experience ever!
I live out of state in Tennessee and I found THE car that I was looking for at Schepel Cadillac. I have to say this has been the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman, Matt Gonzales, was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were even going to arrange shipping for my trade-in and new car... (I decided to make the 6 hour drive) and it was well worth it. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership and Matt! I also want to thank Nick Kloosterman, the used car sales manager, for making the buying process very easy. Thanks very much!!!

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
THE MOST RECENT SERVICE: I HAD TO RETURN BECAUSE THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM WAS NOT REPROGRAMMED AFTER TIRE ROTATION. I'M WONDERING WHAT ELSE WAS NOT DONE!
