The Sales Department is great, but...
Tim in the Sales Department was great to work with - super friendly guy and easy to deal with. His boss, also Tim, in the sales side is great too. Problems started when I had my trusted mechanic look at the car; he found two active leaks, the wrong fluid in the transmission and a list of other problems as well. It was a 2013 used car with 66k miles so I wasn't expecting perfection but I was expecting them to have at least done a multi-point inspection on their inventory and I assure you they DID NOT. They even admitted that the car came from a sister lot and they never even looked at it before. They agreed to have me bring the car back and consider making some repairs and they were expecting me to cover the cost of the rental car when I was already being inconvenienced enough. They agreed to cover a rental car for me but, putting it nicely, I have had much better customer service experienced in the past.... Ultimately, they did three of the recommended repairs, but none of the big-ticket items. I am going to have to talk to the Manufacturer to invoke the warranty in hopes of getting this big repairs done without having to shell out big bucks for them. Ugh, what a pain. Perhaps they are better when it comes to dealing with Lincolns or Mazdas but with Jeeps it was not a very pleasant experience.

Pre Owned MKZ
I just stopped by for a test drive and was met by Tim who had sold me a car 8 years ago. The fact the he was still there reinforced my decision to go there. These days 8 years at a company are an eternity and it shows that they treat their employees well which is important to me. Low pressure sales and a decent offer for my trade closed the deal. I have never been treated such a disrespectful way in my life before. I talked over the phone with service manager Jim. He sounded nice and helpful. When I brought my car, I was treated very disrespectful by Dan. As I was trying to explain issues with my car, he started back talking to me with so rude and disrespectful attitude. I even told him that I've been to services before but never treated like that and he told me he has never seen a person like me and he came up close to my face by opening his eyes wide. I was in shock. He continued to talk in a very disrespectful manner that I ended up asking my car keys and left the service. The only thing I was thinking at that moment, how will I trust Mazda Sentry's car service, if they already not know how to communicate. So disappointing.
