Good service and treatment!
I just purchased a pre-owned Mazda CX-9 here and the process was quite smooth. Barry was helpful and upfront with the information and the business managers (Tim and Anthony) were great in the whole process. This was different to other times that I have purchased a car, including when I have purchased a new car.

Stop the emails !!
I was looking at cars.com and noticed a Lincoln for sale for $399 - I knew it had to be a misprint, but just for laughs I responded about the price. Needless to say, I now get 12 or more emails a week from this car dealer trying to sell me a Lincoln. Word to the wise: If you don't to be inundated with endless emails, think before you inquire. I made it very clear in my initial responses to their emails that I wasn't really interested and I was just pointing out their misprint, but it just made things worse.

2nd car purchased from Sentry West
I have purchased 2 cars from Sentry West thus far. First car was a Mazda CX-9 and most recently a Lincoln MKC. Both purchases were made very easy and with no haggling. I serviced the Mazda with Sentry and can't say enough great things about that department. Especially Eric. They are very accommodating. I plan to continue to use their service department because they make is so easy and convenient. Tim was my salesman for the MKC and he made the buying process simple and quick. Will continue to purchase and service my cars with them.

Extremely bad service or no customer service
we bought Honda odyssey from THIS Dealer. The car was not cleaned and had some dirt marks in the trunk. We showed them to our sales rep and he mentioned those will be taken care of and car will be cleaned when we pick up. The can was just vacuumed and not cleaned. Dirt marks were still there at pickup. After driving for 1 day we started getting engine light and the CD player was not working. as well. WE did contact the dealer and he said for CD player trying using the lens cleaner and it should be fine. We were told to bring the car to the Medford location to check the engine light. The car was left for at the facility for 5 days and the check engine light for taken care. But a new issue came up with the car, air condition not working and now we had service light was on. We contact both the Medford and Shrewsburry locations. The former said we will have to tal to Shrewsburry since the car was purchased from them. Repeated phone calls and messages have been made in last few weeks but we have not received any response for the Service Manger. Sales manager has been answering our calls and informed us that we need to talk to the General Manager to discuss this. We called him 4 times but with no response. This place doesn't have any customer service. They do not value their customer and trick them in buying their cars. All these issues are being face within the 30 days of the purchase. Worst people we have ever meet who are clueless of their job and only want to sell cars without any responsibility to make sure the car is functioning as it should be, we would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Excellent pre-owned purchase experience
I made a recent purchase of a pre-owned Lincoln MKX from the Sentry Auto Group in Shrewsbury, MA and could not be happier with the vehicle and purchase process at Sentry. When I consider previous vehicle purchases, I must say my experience at Sentry was excellent. We had a unique situation of ensuring taller drivers could fit in the car. Scotty Grala, Sales Consultant, was patient and helped us solve that situation with the Lincoln MKX. Tim O?Malley, Sales Manager, worked with us on our trade and ensured we had an upfront, fair price on our new vehicle. The sales process at Sentry was great primarily due to the people. Scotty and Tim provided a comfortable purchase experience without any high-pressure sales tactics. They provided important information and allowed us time to evaluate the deal and make our decision. I highly recommend Sentry, Tim, and Scotty for your next vehicle purchase no matter whether it is a Lincoln, Mazda, or other brand of pre-owned vehicle on the lot.
