Service is the best

We have been using the service department at Sentry in Shrewsbury since 2006 when we bought a new car there. Dan Obara has worked with us and always resolved any issues with our car. The service is always done in a timely manner, and they check everything over for any possible problem. They do not try to over sell repair and yet keep my vehicle running properly and up-to-date on service that is required. The sales folks were great, but it is Dan that keeps me coming back!

Helpful and accommodating

Took the car in for 60,000 mile service and, after examining the car, the Service Department advised that the car was in such good condition that some of the recommended items were not needed. Saved me some money, accommodated my tight schedule andeven had the car ready early.

Purchased a 2013 Ford F150

This was the best car buying process I have ever been involved in. I worked out 90% of the deal over the phone and Internet. From my first email from Rob, to Jay assisting in the installation of a car seat on the way out of the show room. I wasn't planning on buying a vehicle at the moment but I couldn't pass up the price. Thanks to the sales team at Sentry West!
