Great experience; Professional, courteous, and no

Great experience; Professional, courteous, and no pressure attitude made the process smooth and enjoyable. The sales person (Troy) understood our needs and provided good guidance to help us make an informed decision. The finance department (Vardan) added to the positive experience by explaining our warranty options, while fast processing the transaction thus making sure we are out of the dealership in no time. I should add that we chose Sentry West Mazda over other dealers because it has high ratings, and we were not disappointed!

No stress , relaxed and easy car buying experience

Sentry Mazda was excellent from the moment I stepped into their dealership. Salesman Ed Collins ,salesmanager and finance manager all excellent t . I test drove a 2020 black Mazda cx30 and fell in love with and drove away with a few days later .

Sentry Mazda is the best car dealer around here

After usually very stressful and anxious experiences with other car dealers, I always go back to Sentry West Mazda. They are authentic, honest and provide the best value and service around here. Even at this difficult time, they delivered me the exact car I asked within a few days at MSRP. Tim Colleton is the kindest and most reliable sales person I have ever met. He has exceptional people skills and expert knowledge about Mazda cars. He taught me all about my new car. He returned my phone calls always quickly. He made my car purchase experience very smooth, enjoyable and happy one. Great cars and great people! The facility is always super clean and stylish too.

No Nonsense

Wanted to purchase a CX5 same day. In at 10:30am (with appt), out by 1:30pm w/ the new car. Hassel free. Great overall experience by the team at Sentry.

Great Experience Buying my 2017 CX-5

I'm from CT so I had to drive quite a ways to get up to this dealership that had a used car I was interested in. I had been to several other dealerships trying to find the right car for me. It was my first time buying CPO. Katie was super helpful and after basically spending the day there and chatting, I bought the car. I also never felt pressured to buy it - I felt they were really honest about buying CPO and answered questions more honestly than at other dealerships. The only reason I had to give the buying process 4 stars was because I had to drive up there for the paperwork and they were going to give me a loaner vehicle due to the delivery situation. However, they forgot to set aside 1/10 loaners cars and gave them all away. It kind messed up my plans for the delivery. I think if a dealer makes any kind of promise or sets a certain expectation, you have to hold to it. Overall, they were great and would recommend them.

Rob is very unprofessional and rude

Sad to say the general manager Rob Is a very dishonest man that only cares about his profits and dosent call back his clients even after countless tries.

Amazing Salesmanship...True Pleasure To Work With!

Great Company with Friendly and Helpful Staff! They went above and beyond to make sure I got the truck that I wanted. Can’t thank them enough! My Ford Ranger is Awesome!!!
