Used Car Purchase Bradenton Ford Feb. 2016

We found a used Ford Explorer, 2014, on the internet; however, we live 1 1/2 hours from Bradenton in Fort Myers, Fl. We were fortunate to be able to speak with Dave Hanon on the phone who was extremely courteous and helpful. We were able to put a hold on the vehicle until we could get to Bradenton. Dave and the rest of the staff worked diligently to make it possible for us to purchase the car and not only get a fair price on our trade in, but get a decent finance rate on the new loan. We can't say enough about the staff at Bradenton Ford. We really were made to feel that we deserved to have the car rather than being treated "unworthy" as we were at other dealerships in Fort Myers. We would definitely recommend Bradenton Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. It is worth the drive from Fort Myers to be treated with the professional courtesy and respect we received.

NEW TRUCK

We went to the dealership to look for a used truck and with the help of Gerald Hayward and staff we were able to get a new truck.

Pleasant service

Came in for a scheduled oil change and possible air filter replacement. Work completed. Battery terminals needed cleaning. I arrived earlier (10AM) than my appointment (1015AM). Service took over two hours. Overheard techs in the customer waiting area say that they were "backed up". Do appointments really make a difference? All work and other communication were excellent. Jason Fuchs is recommended highly!

Best experience ever!

Purchased a vehicle yesterday from Auto Nation Ford and it was the best experience that we have ever had with a car dealership. The staff were friendly, helpful, organized, wonderful, and most of all they worked extremely hard to help us purchase our vehicle. Damir and Brandon went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and took care of all of our customer wants and needs. These two guys were great and I urge you to seek them out when purchasing a new/used vehicle. Auto Nation Ford you are the best.

AutoNation Ford Bradenton

My experience with AutoNation Ford Bradenton was a breath of fresh air. The salesman who worked with me was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty when searching for the right vehicle for my company. He asked detailed questions about what was required in order to find exactly what we needed. His patience, perseverance and tenacity was exceptional as he tirelessly searched the country to locate the perfect van, which we then purchased. I will certainly purchase another vehicle from AutoNation Bradenton.

2012 Ford EDGE AWD, Great Customer Service

We found a 2012 Ford Edge CPO online and emailed the dealership. Within 10 minutes i had received a reply asking when we would like to come look at the car and test drive. We arrived the next day and was greeted by Kory. The vehicle was parked out front waiting for us with everything ready to go. After looking at the vehicle and a quick Test Drive later we decided to purchase the vehicle. The transaction was painless, straight forward, and simple on all accords. Everyone was professional and straight forward. This was a great car buying experience.

Professional, Courteous buying experience

This was our first day looking for a new Ford Edge. We knew we needed a new car but really didn't plan on buying that day. Our salesman Craig Rioux was so informative and took the time to explain all the options available to us. We took his suggestions and did some further research on our own. We came up with a package that would suit our needs and Craig was able to deliver in the price range we wanted to be in with all the options that were important to us. Love our new Edge!

Outstanding Service

I had my car in for service. A 2015 Toyota Prius that I purchased from AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. I have been too busy to get all the way up to Toyota. I stopped in and saw Andy Spenik on the service drive. As it turns out Andy was the parts and service director. They performed my 20k mile service to toyota standards and even made sure that they used a toyota filter and synthetic oil. What a fantastic experience!!! They exceeded all my expectations and did a fantastic job!! I definitely recommend this dealership!!! Keep up the great work and I will be back!!!

Quality Service

Thanks to the AutoNation Serv Dept for recent excellent service getting my motor home repaired and on the road back north. Based solely on pictures (which I provided) of the problem, the service department went beyond expectation with a plan to bring in parts early, so that my motor home could be repaired in one day. This service helped us avoid costly delays with our return back north. When in Florida, AutoNation in Bradenton has earned my business!
