The best car buying experience of my life!
I've just had the best car buying experience of my life at AutoNation Ford in Bradenton, Florida, where I got an outstanding buy. Truly, I've not had an experience this good when purchasing a used vehicle before. David Hannon, my salesperson there, was refreshing to work with ? pleasant, straightforward and direct in his communications with me. He followed through when he said he would, and did not leave me hanging at any point. He went out of his way to get me the vehicle I needed at a price I could afford. And I just love it! I was pleasantly surprised when he even worked it out that some needed repairs were taken care of at AutoNation right after I purchased it ? at no cost to me! They say "Worry-free pre-owned vehicles" and they mean it! Every person I interacted with at AutoNation Ford was pleasant, direct, professional and highly customer service oriented, including the general manager Troy Brown, Rory who managed the sale paperwork, the service manager (so sorry I don't have his name) and Donnette Roberts, my service advisor/liaison (what a smart idea to have a service liaison!). I will certainly go back to AutoNation Ford when I am shopping for a vehicle in the future, for an unusually good car buying experience.

The service at AutoNation Ford Bradenton was great. Tom S was very attentive and efficient. It was nice that he remembered my father who recently passed as it had been his vehicle. He took care of the mandatory, but made sure I had the most up to date software installed as well. He also spent some time familiarizing me with the features off the vehicle. Thank you

Great Service and Buying Experience!!
Great experience over-all. The wait in service was a little annoying, but after I found out they actually were trying to troubleshoot an issue, I did not mind the extra time it took. I feel great and safe in my truck with my family, knowing they took the time to make everything right!!

CPO Escape buying experience
Just wanted to make it known that i had a Great experience buying a car from AutoNation Ford in Bradenton Florida my salesman John was more than Amazing! He made my car buying experience so exciting and painless. We went to the dealership with small hopes of getting something really nice,but i was so wrong, my wife and i drove away in a 2013 Ford Escape loaded. John was really patient and very determined to get us in what we wanted. That day was the best day o ever had in the car buying experience. I highly recommend everyone to stop in AutoNation Ford to see John for your car buying experience, he truly cares!!
