Great Experience

We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past month, and both occasions were a pleasant experience. Although I don't care for the haggling that happens while purchasing vehicles, it seems the internet purchase process has eased that a bit, although you still need to know what the vehicle is worth. All in all we had a great experience with this dealership. Everyone was extremely courteous and friendly.

One if the BEST Car buying experiences ever

Kory in Internet Sales and his Manager, Scott were excellent. I was dealing with 4 other dealerships this week for a new 2016 F150, and the finalized the deal locally with Kory and Scott at Bradenton Ford. They were totally honest and very pleasant to deal with. This is the 5th new car I've purchased in just the last 3 years and the 51st new car since my first Dodge Dart in 1970. Autonation has the unique ability to pull cars from probobly several dozen sister dealerships in Florida. This makes it easy for them to locate what you want, exactly equipped to your specs, I made the deal on Saturday for a truck that was at one of their sister dealerships, and they delivered the truck to me the following day, Easter Sunday! Amazing. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I told Kory that he has become my only go to Ford sales rep. He is not at all pushy and he knows his stuff. His manager, Scott made us feel like we were family. I also need to mention Rory Verner the finance manager. He was very helpful and just as honest as Kory and Scott. Kudos to Autonation for having the best team out there!!!!

unreasonable

Nicholson did a great job of providing me with ad equate information for me to buy this car .how ever you dealer fee &electronic filing fee are deal breakers.

New car purchase

We came for a test drive and went home with a new car. The people were outstanding; Ben, Matt, Tim and Rory. Our sales associate, Ben, spent a lot of time with us and explained everything about the car. His caring attitude is the reason we stayed and made the purchase.

Financing with a smile

Buying a car doesn't hurt a bit...with Jeanette Billings.

Until yesterday, I would rather have had a root canal than buy a car. Instead, I called Jeanette Billings at AutoNation Ford in Bradenton, 2 weeks ago, and she looked for EVERYTHING I wanted, and even better, exactly what I needed. I still dreaded it, but it was absolutely wonderful. I cannot thank Jeanette enough, and Rory Verner, the finance wizard, who even talked to the insurance company for me. All of the managers, sales people and finance people RoryVerner, Rick Rupp and Brandon, are so kind and hospitable, and of course, honest and all generous with good advice. Even the car detailer, Dave Hannon did such a good job making sure the car was spotless. Car sales is the most difficult job there is, and Jeanette acts as if it's a breeze. She showed me how to work everything on my great new car, made sure I got the BEST PRICE, and answers every question, any time I call. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Thank you so much to all of you.

Great Car Buying Experience

I leased a beautiful new Focus from Jeanette Billings at Autonation Ford in Bradenton. She was so great and made having to get a new car (usually torture) a reasonably quick and really painless experience. She actually looked for two weeks until she found exactly what I wanted and could afford, and there was absolutely NO car salesman pressure or nonsense. She was helpful, honest, so nice to talk with and very knowledgeable about all of the cars I looked at. Thanks so much Jeanette. I'll be back and so will my friends and family.

They made it easy to say yesI

My sales associate, Edward Kelley, contacted me immediately after I requested information online. He made it clear that he would provide me with as much information as I needed to not only answer my questions but help me select the vehicle that meets my needs. He was very cordial, friendly, informative, personable and efficient and no pressure. He made it so easy to say yes to buy a Chevy van. I would definitely not only recommend Ed but Auto Nation Bradenton, FL and will come here when it is time to purchase again. The entire staff is great! If you are not a "Ford person" don't let the Ford part discourage you. They have many makes and models to select from and will make you comfortable with your choice. Make this dealership your first and only visit to buy and service your car.
