They purchased my old vehicle, it was a very smooth

They purchased my old vehicle, it was a very smooth process and they cut me a check on the same day. They were all very friendly and have a great space for waiting with complimentary bottled water & coffee ☕️ 😀

Great service experience

I went for service and it was such an amazing experience everything was taken care of they have refreshments and cookies fresh from the oven.

Fluids Changed

Great advice and prompt change of transmission, engine oil and rear differential fluids. Reasonable price and service advisor Tom kept me informed of the progress of the work. Waiting area is well-kept.

As a new customer of AutoNation Bradenton, I was extremely impressed when I had an issue with my tire. I called and Eric in the service department answered the phone and was so kind and told me to come on in and drop it off and that he would take care of me. I felt very comfortable and when my car was finished and Eric was checking me out he was very thorough explaining everything and brought my car around to me so I didn’t have to go find it in the lot. I am very glad I chose to purchase my vehicle here.

Not too sure about the Sales side of the dealership but

Not too sure about the Sales side of the dealership but the service side would definitely be a negative rating. From the dirty jokes that you could hear from the waiting area to the treatment they give you with regards to how they feel about your car that was built by their manufacturer. If you don’t like it then why do you work there? Save your time and money, drive past to the next ford store to get your car repaired. 1 star rating is being too kind.

Had my car serviced and as part of service replaced two

Had my car serviced and as part of service replaced two air filters, along with oil change and tire rotation. I've been going there for several years and have been pleased with their service and attention to customer needs. While I was bringing my car home, the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealership and they turned it off. Sadly it came back on before I reached home.. I am driving it to determine if it "will simply go off", as directed by service person. I am disappointed the car had no problem before servicing , but they did say it might have something to do with a recent gas purchase. I called and left two messages with the dealership but did not receive a followup call from the dealership. I dont know what to do except keep driving it. I'm glad I have towing insuraance thru AAA. For a long time customer , this is disappointing in the extreme.

I made my appt with someone who was not there, so I'm not

I made my appt with someone who was not there, so I'm not sure how that happens, but they were able to get me in with another service advisor right away and I was well taken care of in a timely manner. I received a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. Communication could have been better at the beginning, but ended up being good.
