Had my car serviced and as part of service replaced two air filters, along with oil change and tire rotation. I've been going there for several years and have been pleased with their service and attention to customer needs. While I was bringing my car home, the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealership and they turned it off. Sadly it came back on before I reached home.. I am driving it to determine if it "will simply go off", as directed by service person. I am disappointed the car had no problem before servicing , but they did say it might have something to do with a recent gas purchase. I called and left two messages with the dealership but did not receive a followup call from the dealership. I dont know what to do except keep driving it. I'm glad I have towing insuraance thru AAA. For a long time customer , this is disappointing in the extreme.

Thomas Michael Sharp he was like a long lost brother from Michigan. We started joking around with each other and I felt I was visiting waiting for him to bring me a beer very congenial very professional very to the point such a jokester made the experience much more pleasurable than having somebody all humdrum and serious. The entire staff in the service area was very entertaining. Joking with each other, taking care of the customers and all of the paperwork in a very smooth flow, but still having a great time. This is why this is the only place I go to get my car serviced. Thank you for being there and make me feel safe. I’m getting the best service for my older vehicles open my next one from there too.

No confidence in the service dept.
No confidence in the service dept. Bought 2021 F 150 in on rollback (34000 miles) because it shut off in traffic and would not start. After arriving at dealer, it started and was moved to parking spot. That was on a Friday. I texted the service advisor a day later after recalling the error message I got when the engine quit. "Service Advancetrak." On Tuesday I went back to ask for a loaner and it was still sitting in the same spot. When I left with the loaner, the truck apparently was moved into the service bay. We were contacted by service advisor to let us know it was repaired. The service advisor could not adequately explain how the repair was related to the error message. On the service/warranty repair ticket, it indicated that a solenoid in the transmission needed to be replaced. Not related to the Advancetrak message. When we arrived to pick up the truck, a different service advisor brought the truck around. I asked to speak with the service tech, he wasn't there. I asked to speak with the service manager, also not there. I explained my concerns to the advisor and my lack of confidence in the service dept. This was based on a past experience with the same vehicle which ran out of oil after having it 3 months. Turned out a defect in the motor which we had replaced at Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee who has a phenomenal service dept. My truck is sitting in the driveway because I'm afraid to drive it since no one can explain how the error message is related to a solenoid in the transmission. Google research shows no related issues. Bottom line, I've made a deal to trade in this truck for a new truck at a different dealership. No confidence in AutoNation, no follow up either. If I could give them a zero I would. Never going back!

No thanks. I've had enough with your dealership. And frankly, your GM should have contacted me directly after receiving this review. It may serve you better to reach out to the dealerships that have excellent reviews, such as Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee. Tomorrow I am picking up a new Dodge truck, my 3rd one. No more Fords for me!

To change a cooling line I had to leave my vehicle for 1 week and two days. You cannot make an appointment to take the vehicle and have it fixed the same day as other dealers.

I have had multiple issues with the service department!
I have had multiple issues with the service department! The lack of communication was unbelievable! My service advisor was let go or quit in the middle of my service so communication did get better. I brought my car in for a noise in the rear end and they told me it was fixed and I got there to pick it up and it still had the noise so I left it again. They had my car for 3 weeks for an oil change and the noise. I got a notice on my FordPass app that my tire was low the day before picking it up. They were suppose to rotate my tires and didn’t do that until I ask specifically if they had then finally they did. The was the second horrible experience I had with them!

Service after sale!
Brought my Mustang in for an electrical issue. They kept it for 5 days never fixed the issue. They told us they needed to order a part and they would call us back. Never did! Got the run around everytime we call and we never get a call back. They were eager to sell me the car but service after the sale stinks!!! Still trying to get it fixed!

Brought my vehicle in with some rough idle issues.
Brought my vehicle in with some rough idle issues. I had taken it to another dealer, who wanted to charge me 5000 dollars for a guess. Went to Bradenton Auto Nation Ford and they were able to correctly diagnose the issue and get me back up and running for 1500 dollars.

Andrew Biden was my service guy. My 2010 Ford Edge was in to have the AC serviced. I found out I needed a new battery so that was changed also. Andrew listened to me and took care of my concerns. I have had my car serviced at Autoway since I bought it in 2010. I love this car and it has served me well. I wouldn?t think of taking it anywhere else to have it serviced.

Truck service review
Recall work and oil change was required. I received a text after their inspection and had engine air filter installed as well. Pricing was wrong on filter but corrected during check out.
