Fritz in Fishers

Julian was amazing! buying a car can sometimes be one of the most stressful events in your life. unfortunately when I was car shopping that was the case. Fritz had exactly what i wanted for a GREAT price! they were not pushy and took care of everything when I made my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would definitely buy my next vehicle from them!

I was looking for a very specific used car and Fritz in Fishers just happened to have it within a 2 hr drive from home. The car was described as clean and the pictures made it look nearly new even though it was eight years old. The price was listed a bit out of my range but I decided to take a drive over to check it out anyway just in case the car was as good as it looked and in case they were able to move down a bit on the price. When I got there the car was even more clean than it looked online and George was able to get the price down to where I needed it to be. No hassle and I drove out with the car two hours after I had arrived. Everyone was super professional and friendly. It could not have been an easier transaction for me and the car is absolutely perfect! I will not hesitate to head back to Fritz next time I need a car - - regardless of the 2 hour drive.

One of the things I was looking for in purchasing my vehicle was a good and no hassle customer service. That is exactly what I experienced at Fritz. We arrived at the Fishers location, which was really nice. I was impressed. However the vehicle was at the Noblesville location, in which they directed us to. This location is smaller but the service is the same. Mike Stiles was our salesperson and he was great. We were able to test drive the vehicle for as long as we wanted. There was no rushing us to make a decision. It was clean inside and out. You can tell they take pride in their vehicles. After purchasing my 2007 Mazda Sport I came to find out that my in-laws shopped here last year as well and really liked the service. Although they didn't purchase their vehicle at this location, they would've if they had what they were looking for, they said the experience was nice. I would recommend Fritz, if what you're looking for is at one of these locations. The service and price is right.

I had an excellent dealing with Fritz; having a new line of credit the bank was not giving me the best rates even with a good credit score. Fritz was able to finance the vehicle in a way I could afford. All staff members have been very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

I was looking for a nice Toyota Tundra Limited and Fritz in Fishers had one in stock that was really nice. I sent my husband to look at it for me because I had to work but the saleman Julian Salcedo was nice enough to answer all my questions and get the ball rolling by having me do the credit application online and get everything ready for me so when I got off work, everything was ready to go. Super easy to get my trade appraised and super easy to do the financing. One of the easiest and nicest dealerships that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a nice vehicle.

I bought a Lexus for list price, which was ok for me except, the next day the axle was broke, and it cost me $900. to fix. Fritz offered to pay 15%labor/15%parts but only at their mechanic, but they had already inspected the car i am sure, if not they should have, why would i trust them to fix it? So get a better warranty if you do buy there make sure your covered 100% or have it looked at by a very thorough mechanic. The reason i knew , they knew about the car, is because they over filled the tires which would help you not feel that when you are driving, of course by doing that they also broke the tire sensor, which is another $150. fix im sure. Thanks alot for the lemon! No trust at this dealership.

I needed a car fast and wasn't going to have the funds until later in the month. Fritz allowed me to sign a promisory note and let me drive the car off the lot the same day. The sales representative that I dealt with was personable and very knowledgeable as to the inventory. I would definitely buy from Fritz again.

I love the fact that I was not pressured into buying a car right then and there. It means a lot that I feel comfortable. I come from North Vernon and the drive was not bad at all. I love that they actually gave me a chance to buy a car and nobody else would. They are also good with finding the best price for you.:) Need a car see DAN!!!!!!
