friendly folks, with a fair deal

Julian was willing to discuss a fair deal. would recommend to a friend to take a look at their cars.was up front with any information they had aboult the car. I am from out of state, and this was not a problem to fill out the required paperwork. they made the process seem like a walk in the park. The whole staff was very helpful.

Great Starter Car

We went to Fritz because we remember them when we first moved to Fishers in 1989. They were well thought of then so we thought they were worth checking out now. We were not disappointed. Their operation is much bigger but we still received great service!! For the money, we are very happy with our purchase - a good, reliable used starter car for our 17 year old!! We had visited lots of other dealers and just did not find either the selection or service we wanted. They were great to work with!!!

Great Service

Very reliable and efficient service. I greatly appreciated the time they spent making sure everything was right. Went home with a 2013 Chevy Cruz at a great price. I recommend giving Wendy Hudson a call.

Good price, great service

We just bought a used car from Fritz. Julian was our salesman and he was really helpful; we appreciated the low pressure sales approach and his responsiveness to our needs. I would reccomend asking for him if you get the chance. He even stayed a little after closing to answer our questions.They have great customer service, and they even let me drive the car home for the night to show my wife. We believe we got a good car for a really good value. I have bought from Fritz before, and would do so again.

Great Experience

Great experience from the first step in the door. Made car buying enjoyable. Had a chance to really test drive the vehicle before i purchased it and answered any questions i had about the vehicle and followed up on them. Would def recommend to future car buyers looking for a good quality used vehicle.

Honest, friendly and no pressure sales.

I started my search at Fritz in Fishers because they have been around a long time and I wanted to check them out since they are local. They also support the local high school athletic teams which is nice. I met Mike in their small but clean office/showroom and told him what I was looking for which was a loaded new-ish SUV. Mike listened to me and showed me a few cars on their lot that exactly met my requirements as well as one that was on one of their other lots. He printed out the info on these cars for me to take and included the Car Faxes. He offered to let me take any of the cars for the weekend so my husband could easily see what I was considering. I left there and went to a couple of the larger dealerships in the area who also had nice cars. But Mike/Fritz had the newest car at the lowest price. I returned to the lot and took the car overnight so my husband could drive it and he was impressed with it. I purchased my red 2012 Chevy Equinox the next day and am thrilled with it! The only negative is that they couldn't find the floor mats. But they have ordered new ones for me so they turned a negative into a positive in my opinion. I will absolutely go back to Fritz and Mike in the future and have recommended them to a co-worker that is in the market too. Definitely give this dealership a look and they will treat you fairly.

Making the impossible happen.

Dealership had a good inventory of reasonably priced, quality vehicles. Julian was very helpful and patient with us. This was the EASIEST car buying experience we have ever had. John in finance was very willing to work with us and to get us the best possible terms. We will definitely be back when looking for our next vehicle. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire car buying process here.
