This was the most hasslefree experience in car buying. My salesperson, Miguel Luevano was extremely attentive. He listened to to my specification of what I wanted in a used car and found me the perfect sports utility suv/wagan, with great milage and at a good price. I am assuming that all the sales personnel are very good at what they do, but I recommend Miguel. He is courteous and honest. Thank you Miguel.

Horrible cars. Problems from day one. You do not get to test drive the cars. No carfax when asked for it.

i have rated chris specifically at a better way wholesale beacuse he took the time to go through every car i "thought i might want". chris was super professional and very patient with me even after buying my car while waiting on my insurance company.he also printed out not one but two different car fax reports for me. i cant thank him enough!!!! he also went out of his way to tell me of a company where i could get a spare key made for cheap. he went above and beyond for me, besides selling me a great car. my mother bought one here maybe 5 months ago, i bought one about 3, and now im sending my father here to get another! would definitely recommend a better way wholesale!!

If I was looking for another used car, I would go again. I was a little surprised about the fact that cars are not keep where you can see them, but are brought to you from a lot located at a different location, so you have to look on line to see what is available.

I drove an hour from my home to the dealership after calling and inquiring about a particular car I had seen on their website and every car selling web site. I had called to verify the car was still for sale and made the trip. I walk in to the store front an hour before they close with my 1 year old son in my arms. My initial impression was chaos and disorganization. Not a single sales person approached me for over 15 minutes. I walked around the entire office several times. I approached the service desk twice. No one asked me anything. I saw people I thought worked there chatting about food and time off. Finally, I approached an employee and asked what I needed to do in order to purchase a car. The salesperson explained to me that I had arrived "too late" and the shuttle to their off site lot was no longer running. I quickly dismissed the thought about taking my 1 year old in my arms in their shuttle because I was not going to take their shuttle. Remember, I had arrived too late. To not make my trip a total waste I asked about the particular vehicle I was there to inspect. After a quick talk to the sales manager, the salesperson returned and informed me that the car had been sold the week prior....Had I not been carrying my 1 year old son in my arms I may have lost all adulting abilities and began a rant on the process to get to the point on their sales floor that I was. Instead, I gave a curt thanks to the salesperson and walked back to my car and drove the hour home. They only seemed to want to sell to people who were uneducated about cars or the sales process. Only go there if you want your time to be wasted and your sense of self-worth to be punished.

I would buy another car there in a second... A chaotic enverionment ,but they know what they are doing... I got a good deal... They are professional and I was impressed with the knowledge of staff and the quality of the process...
