Kile was great! I love my car!

Kile was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and eager to please. He was determined to help me find just the right car and he did! A Better Ways has so many cars to choose from, they will definitely have the right car for you.

A good buy - but disorganized and chaotic process

As far as the dealership goes it was a hectic place with a lot of people in a very small location. There was very little to set apart the personnel who worked there from those people looking to purchase a car. The staff was friendly enough, but we knew exactly what we wanted to look at and purchase going there. We had already done all the legwork with finding out about the vehicle itself and did not need/require any of that from the salesperson. What I found upsetting was the purchase process &the apparent unpreparedness/disorganization once we said "We'll take it!" Even when we arranged to meet at a specific date and time to purchase the vehicle it still took well over 2 hours to draw up the paperwork. IMHO the whole point of setting a time in advance is to have all the paperwork printed and ready to sign. The signing process only took 20 minutes and a few of the forms had incorrect information on them (so they had to be reprinted on the spot). I was happy with the purchase, but they did not help me find the vehicle - I did that on my own. The process and facility were lacking.

Wow, a bit different in auto dealers!

The place is about moving a lot of cars like McDonalds sells a lot of burgers they sell a lot of cars. Must say I was shocked walking in the office, how many desks packed with people and customers selling or buying. Drove up from East Lyme to try out a used MB. Car was not at all cleaned up but they stated thy would clean after deal was made. They were up front stating they would not fix paddle shifter, but still had to do safety check and repair brakes. Also dash info stated almost 300 days past service date. Carfax stated service by MB dealer in the last 20 miles?? As for attention of sales people, fine, straight to the point, no butt kissing. Very obvious all sales people on straight commission and knew it was there job to sell cars quickly. No problem, that's there was of selling cars. Miriam, very nice and e mailed me carfax report on request. Learned one must be careful of these reports they don't say all! Miriam knew little about car but with 600 or so cars on lot how could she. If car was as report inferred I would have bought but car had been ridden hard, put away wet. Wish it would have worked. Thanks for your time and effort Miriam!

2010 S6

I will like to say I found really nice people there I bought my 2010 S6 two weeks ago ... I recommend if you looking to buy a car go on spoke with KILE COTY he's the best 1 to 10 he's 1O!! Good luck!!!

Run away. Fast and far from ABA

The only reason the have one star is because you have to put something. Bought a Cadillac from them and it died on the way home. That car was in and out of the shop over 5 times in the first 6 weeks. They finally took it back and I got and Expedition that was flat bedded back to them on the first day. They did deliver it to me when it was "fixed". Drove 3 miles down the road and check engine light came on. The only thing that save me from them is I totaled it and insurance payed off the loan. It seemed like the cars were in the shop more than I had them.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Such a great experience it was definitely worth the 2 hour drive. Jeremy was so nice and professional and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend this place to friends and family or anyone looking for a car at an affordable price.

Incredible Experience!

This is not your typical auto dealership! They are very honest and forthcoming with information. The atmosphere is very laid back yet professional and we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. They were so helpful and knowledgeable!! We got a great deal and they had a huge selection of cars to choose from. Will DEFINITELY be back when we need our next car!

Great prices!!! Anna is excellent

Cars are priced great!!! In love with my Audi A5!!! WIll recommend to friends and family, It can be busy at times but its definitely worth the patience to wait it out.

Very profesional

All the question was answer and every body was very professional. The sales person who help me with all the prosess who's name was Kyle was very polite and profesional.I will defenetly will go back to buy another car and will also recommend it to my friends and family.
