Drive 45 minutes, found a nice office area with friendly staff. However, they can’t help you unless you know what car you plan to buy. The guy I spoke to said, “we do things differently here. You tell me what car you want, I’ll go get it, and you can see it before you buy it”. I asked about several cars, and he told me they couldn’t accommodate me looking at multiple cars. I asked about a few specific cars from the website. Most were sold, a couple undergoing repairs, and despite looking for 2 cars, left without seeing anything. Big waste of time. They post great prices online, but seems like a bait and switch situation more than anything. Not the way to do business. How does one shop for cars you can’t see? No sense of customer service, and the whole business model seems very sketchy.

Don’t waste your time like I did.
I went there about a year ago and should’ve read through all the terrible reviews. Those reviews are not a joke. This dealership actually takes junk cars sold at auction and quick flips them. Pay attention to the pictures and notice how filthy the vehicles are. Don’t waste your time.

I should have paid heed to all of the prior negative
I should have paid heed to all of the prior negative reviews for this dealer. I sent 4 info regarding 1 particular Jeep and received an automated response reach time stating the car was available and that someone would call me soon. After waiting 2 days I called and was told the car was no longer available. For the next 3 weeks the car was still listed and again I requested info to see if it was still available. They answered my email,said it was still there and someone woukd call. It's now been 1 month, no one still has called and the Jeep is still listed. I would be afraid to buy anything from such unprofessional and disrespectful dealers.

I sent 4 emails and made 2 calls to your sales department and as stated prior you told me the car I was interested in was mo longrr available. If you want to do something for me and others who were interested in the same car, stop posting it and sending automated emails saying its still available. It is still posted on Carfax and Autotrader as per the links below. It is the grey Jeep Patriot sport 2012 for $5495. I bought a used car with extended warranty from "A Better
I bought a used car with extended warranty from "A Better Way Wholesale of Naugatuck, CT." They did not do a safety check on the car. In less than a month, the car needed to get towed twice. When I called the extended warranty company for repair, SURPRISE. They never paid the warranty company to initiate coverage. They tried to kept the money for themselves. Do yourself a favor, don't be their next victim

a place to go for bargains if you have patience
Alex excellent salesperson very patience and honest. The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

a bad way
Everyone in town calls this a bad way, and knows to stay far far away from it. They buy junkers at auction and give them a quick fix before selling. Stay AWAY

A year ago, you sold me a car with completely rusted suspension. At the time of the purchase, I didn't notice it, but when it rained the following week, all the rust appeared. The corners of the cabin were all rotten. After one year, the transmission broke, and it took you two months to assist me. And after you finally attended to it, it took an additional two weeks to solve the issue, but you didn't. You threw my car on the street and called the finance company to repossess it. Now I don't know where the car is, and I don't have another car to work with. What you did to me is unacceptable, and it should not be done to anyone. The right thing to do would be to provide me with a decent car because this one will need a new engine soon. To avoid fulfilling the warranty, you dumped my car on the street and called the insurance company, claiming that I abandoned the car!
